The Oia Pai Resort

Everything was amazing, we're already sad that we left The Oia Pai Resort today. The whole resort is beautiful and there are so many positive surprises. First of all the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our bed was amazing and the bathroom was awesome. We loved the breakfast, they staff offers a lot of different tasty things to eat. They even have an egg-boat and a fruit-boat and also some kind of waffle-stand. In the afternoon you can have a tea and a small desert, which was amazing too. In the evening you can enjoy one of the many tasty meals with a beautiful view. You can also rent a bike for 150 Bath to discover Pai. The resort is located 10-15 min from the center of Pai, it's an easy walk but they also have a shuttle service. And you have the possibility to swim with a small boat or use the pool and many chillout-areas inside the resort. The staff and service was amazing, it was our highlight to stay at this place, I can absolutely recommend it to everyone!

(even a outdoor open living room and tiny dock for canoes.) 2. cool experience to go back to our room from the breakfast restaurant by canoe 🛶 3. great breakfast and the cute ideas for water market lol (we can order something from the boats) 4. Super nice and amazing staffs! Omg I love your smiles and the whole vibe makes me feels happy and energetic.

The bathroom and shower space is really slippery after hot shower, cause there’s no exhaust fans… hopefully the hotel can provide more mats to absorb the water or do anything about it. :)

It's full of happiness. The first scene I saw was the explosion of views in the lobby that were beyond my expectations. I saw both the boats, the mountains, and the water that was meant to be like the sea. As I went deeper inside, I began to feel the seaside portability of an unexpected sailor. We all enjoyed boating, swimming, and tasting Thai food and the sea-style cocktails we had never tried before. The white room contrasting with the blue water is a perfect fit, as if you were right by the sea. All the sailors are really nice. I am fascinated by them. They are always enthusiastic about service. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to have a unique experience.

The journey has to go through 700 curves,but it’s worth it.

The facilities are whimsical and architecturally interesting. The pool was crystal clear and wonderful to cool off in during the hot afternoons. A paddle along the “river” is good fun for kids and adults as well. The place is spotlessly clean and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing. There is something for everyone whether you want freshly made pad Thai or eggs. The fruit boat serves up freshly cut fruit and there is also a large buffet. You will start your morning off satisfied. The biggest asset is the staff. The people working here will make you comfortable and provide everything you need. We hope one day we can come back.

Great Unique Hotel! Only 10 min walk out of town but they also offer free 24hr shuttle which we used a few times and it was instant ready to go. Staff are amazing, handy whatsapp contact if you wanted a drink or anything bringing to you in your room. Couldn't recommend enough! Even though we went as a couple and loved it I could definitely see the potential to go as a family.

Slightly firm bed but sleep was still really good.

The breakfast choices were very varied and catered to most tastes. The fruit boat was very sweet idea, mainly at the breakfast station but would come up to your patio area if you waved at them. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very nice and my partner used the up to day treadmill in the little fitness room area which had nice views. Having the use of the complimentary shuttle bus into town was a real bonus. The cafe/restaurant had good meals and the cocktails were nice for the evening. There were some nice walks up to the long neck village and the town was walkable in about 20 minutes. We preferred the shuttle bus. The room was good size and the patio and use of the kayak on the little lagoon around the rooms was a bit of fun.

According to others they have let the place go abit. Although there was a man hoovering the bottom of the shallow man made lagoon most of the day, the surroundings really need a good paint and the cushions to the cafe really need replacing, old and dirty. Sadly the restaurant hasn't reopened since covid times, that would really bring the place back to life. My friends stayed here years ago and it's definitely not as she described and was very saddened to see photos of it now. Not much atmosphere or character now. Alot of it has a crisp Meditterean decor and it definitely has potential but it really needs more TLC.

I feel awful saying this because I was in Thailand and shouldn’t expect anyone to be an English speaker, but the property advertised staff as being Thai and English speaking but there was a large language barrier, most of the staff struggled to speak English so discussions (especially over the phone) were very difficult, which resulted in wrong orders being made, not understanding questions we asked etc translator on site would be useful. I’ve been travelling for 4 months and this has been the most difficult it’s been so it’s worth a mention, this does not take away from how lovely the staff were, they were really accommodating and nice people

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. Really enjoyed It's quirkiness, extremely clean and comfortable, great bed, excellent shower and bathroom. Great choices at breakfast, good coffee Staff were very helpful and polite. It's situated just a quick 10 min walk from Walking Street, in a quiet area. Excellent value for money hotel.

We would have liked just 1 English speaking TV channel, but really this is a very minor point.

The staff was amazing, they treated us really well. The facility is all nice and dreamy, the gym is amazing. It was our honeymoon and they did their best to keep us happy. The breakfast is beyond all what you can dream off, with trays of food and even some foot carts like the markets with pancakes and stuff like that. They were always available and even had WhatsApp for pickup from the town

It was like 5 min from the main road of Pai, but we knew it up front and it want that bad

The concept is fabulous! The kayaks, the fresh fruits delivery (via boat) to your room, the breakfast buffet. The spacious and clean room. The special surprise birthday treat was simply perfect and a beautiful touch!

All staff are dressed in a cute sailor like outfit, all except for reception staff who wear hoodies from their own wardrobe it seems. That is a bit of a shame given that is your first impression. The lack of flexibility when I asked (which seemed like the right and polite thing to do!) if we could use the pool for a little hour after checkout (before the next wave of guests would check in!)… especially as another Guest was offered late checkout at 2pm in the next few minutes… a little inconsistence which left a little disappointing impression. Shame really. The place has so much potential but needs some TLC however you can see that they are renovating some spots.
