Pak Up Hostel

Hostel was clean and near the night market. The breakfast was alright. I would day it is a quite social hostel.

Would not recommend staying in a private room as it was right above the Bar and very loud. Because the tours were a bit more pricier too book through the hostel a lot of people book with other companies. Thus, it is hard to make contacts in the hostel there. Beds were too hard for my taste.

Staff super friendly & helpful, the included breakfast, excellent centric location in downtown, clean & quiet all the time, good bed quality & privacy, widely spaced bathrooms, gym, wash / dry room.

Maybe the only downside is that staff does not give enough information about public bus, considering the location is not directly near from the main island attractions like Aonang, so the tours time departure offer is limited , however there are public transport which you can take anytime to connect with just 50 bath in Krabi downtown.

Extremely good! Krabi is obviously not a party town and neither is this a party hostel. Staff is really cool, they will organize tour tickets, transfers or you can rent a scooter. You have a nice lobby and a big kitchen to snack some mango sticky rice. The best parts are the dorm rooms tho, as you have really big and extremely comfy beds and you can store all your luggage in a locker which you can pull out right under your bed which is really great. Bathroom area is also clean and nice. With a 5 minute walk to multiple cheap night markets, this was for sure the best hostel I stayed in so far!

The location is perfect, facilities are spacious with plenty of spots to hang out.

I would have opted out of the breakfast...but that was not an option. It met my expectations - a tragedy served with a smile. It will really not cost them much to source a normal bread a.k.a. 2nd toast option? Add muesli/porridge? Warm up the milk? Jeezus...the only option many of the people there had was to take the 2 types of fruits provided - great way to start a diet though!

bed , room , showers and toilets were clean . the hosts were super nice , friendly and helpful. all the people at the hostel were really nice to talk to and I made friend to go on excursions /beach with. the breakfast was also really good, toasts , eggs, fruits , yogurt , cookies , cornflakes and milk. there is also a gym on the top floor! highly recommended to come here !

location . krabi town is nice , but to reach railey you need a transfer boat , also to go to ao nang is quite far . but you can do it with a bit of planning . if you like a lot night life though I would recommend ao nang .

One of the best places that I've stayed so far. Very well located, near the night market and many shops, 5 min walking to the pier. Inside it is a good construction, many toilets which were always clean, they provide shampoo and shower gel. Nice bar and pool area, good to relax and drink a beer. Good breakfast, with eggs, toast, jam, butter, fruits, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea.

It's only a detail, but some removable tables can provide a little bit more comfort to get breakfast.

We appreciated that they kept the air conditioning all during the day, so you could come back and cool off. The complimentary breakfast was a really nice addition. The room was super comfortable, with everyone having their own space and it was a decent size room so didn’t feel like you were living on top of everyone. Everywhere felt clean in the hostel and really appreciated the washing machines and washing line that was available.

Would have liked to have had a curtain at the end of the beds so you didn’t feel like you were looking into other peoples’ beds whilst they were sleeping.

Very cool and relaxed hostel! The staff is great and there is 24/7 reception so you can ask anything at any time. The hostel itself has a cool backyard where you can play beerpong and pool or just relax and chat with the other guests. The beds in the room are quite big and there is a big locker where you easily fit your big and small bags. Within 5 minutes there is a seven eleven and within 2 minutes there is a great bar called "Ole bar krabi" you should definitely check it out!

If you are in the first room the walk toward the bathroom is a little further but not annoying. But the hostel is just great so not much to complain about.

Nice hostel that I definitely recommand for people who want to stay in krabi town for a couple nights. The facilites are comfy and clean with an appreciable (though not very equiped) gym on the rooftop. The bar and the activites at night make it easy to meet people, and it is far enough from the room for those who want to sleep. The staff is nice and helpful with the excursions and transfers.

The WIFI didn't work for me and a few people and we couldn't find the reason or fix it, but it was a minir inconvenience. Also, there is not much to do in Krabi town: for people who are staying for a few days I wouldn't recommand this location : Railey and Ao Nang are better environnements.

Cool concept of the hostel. Comfortable beds with a big storage underneath. Spacious and clean toilet/bathroom area. The breakfast was alright. There's a bar, a gym and a laundry room. You can refill drinking water for free. The hostel organizes many activities, very social. Location is central, close to the pier, the fruit market and the night market.

There's only 2in1 coffee for breakfast, a classic black coffee would be nice. Pretty much a party hostel so you can expect people shouting in the corridor at 2 AM and the staff not doing anything about it.
