The toilet needed to be fixed once

Very friendly and helpfull receptionist, named Sao. If she is not there you can contact her on WhatsApp and she responds very quickly. Appartement is very spacious and nicely located, with great balcony. Beds are great!

Furniture in living room is a little old. Also no direct daylight in living room as the windows are stickered. Kitchen (tableware, crockery and cutlery) could be cleaner and would be nice to have some detergent and dish drainer. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked ok. Television could have more channels for foreigners.

This was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The location is great, just a few steps from a 7/11 and the Lamai Beach. The workers are so nice and help you with everything. In front of the hotel are food stations and the one on the left has the best Pad Thai for only 50 Baht. We can definitely recommend everyone to stay here and we will definitely come again. The room was very beautiful and you had enough space for your stuff. It was clean and we even got shower gel, shampoo and conditioner!

Based on the price, the Amenity ticked almost every box for me. Friendly staff, good location but most importantly a properly spacious room with balcony. If I stay somewhere a few days I appreciate the feeling of staying more in a condo than a hotel room and this delivered.

Everything could do with an update, but for the price you really cant complain. The one thing they should do though is drain and throughly clean the pool. Having an iron available would have been appreciated too

The ladies who work at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and kind, they helped us with booking a taxi to the port, gave towels for the beach and helped us open our safe when we locked ourselves out! The air conditioning was amazing and the room was good value for money!

Looking a little bit tired here and there!

Very good location and the staff was very kind and sincere. Especially Sao. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying in lamai. But restaurants and other activities will be around you.

Only downside is that they have a lot of stairs and no elevator.

The staff were so nice and friendly and really helpful. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, it also came with a fridge with water. The location was really good just a 2 minute walk from the beach and so many restaurants, bars and shops around.

Nothing we didn’t like

Sao was very kind and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great.

The hall in the suite was very echoey so could use some soft furnishing on the walls to dampen sound. It would also have been nice to have a sofa to sit on rather than just chairs in the lounge.

Super friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. We loved the room - it was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect!

The pool didn’t look great! Not a problem for us though, we just walked down to the beach (about 5 mins away)

- It was a clean big room with a big bed. - Room cleaned daily. - Good location. - Nice staff.

- No lifts which could be a problem with heavy bags. - Things could do with an update.
