Front desk staff, especially Patrick were really service minded. The amenities were excellent.

The restaurant experience during dinner was a confusing. Food was excellent but service level was not up to standard. The allergy markings were inconsistent in the menu and we were served an other dessert than ordered (that I was allergic to). After some confusion the third server attending to us slipped that that the kitchen had not prepared properly to serve what was originally ordered and they just decided to bring a substitute without asking.

the rooms are good and the room service too. An unpleasant aftertaste was left by the fish bar .. No one was informed at check-in that we should book a place to eat in advance, as a result, we were kicked out of the EMPTY cafe, arguing that the full reservation, literally: "go eat elsewhere." And in another place you can eat in the evening on the fact: "that day we have only a buffet at a fixed price." For example, what do your other clients do if they had a limited budget and did not plan a fixed price? I think this is a shortcoming and the lack of notification of guests upon check-in.

Perfect location, spacious infinity pool with plenty of deck chairs , beach area in front of the hotel is clean and very appealing, too. Beautiful, green resort. 🌴🏝️ We also loved the pool bar - excellent service snd delicious cocktails - happy hour very much appreciated 😉. We only stayed for one night but had a very relaxing time. Thank you for the room upgrade with pool view. We loved it. 🫶

Very nice hotel with an excellent location close to the ocean, with large private swimming pool with direct access to the beach. We had a room with a great view on the garden, swimming pool and the ocean. Very good breakfast service with more than enough choice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rather limited choice for diner. But there are seafood restaurants not too far away on the beach.

The room and the leisure facilities were top notch and the breakfast was awesome though the quantity, considering the number of guests, was wasteful

We opted for a western meal at dinner. We ordered an aperatif and a bottle of red to go with the steak we wanted. The wine list had one bottle of white and one bottle of red on it (no price) though there was a large stock available. The wine arrived first with the aperatif and meal arriving simultaneously a few minutes later. The steak was "marbled" (only choice) but exceptionally so indicating a rather cheap cut. It was not a good meal, especially at the price charged.

Most of all I liked the staff. The kind staff, especially in the restaurant, makes your day. Everything is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, the pool and sea are amazing, best sea view I have ever seen. The food is extremely good and I also liked the facilities for kids. The room is a bit old but clean. I recommend this resort if you plan to visit Rayong.

we have stayed at this resort many times but hadnt been back for quite sometime due to covid. it was lovely to feel it was the same if not better than before. v homely. v comfortable. extremely friendly. great food. would live there for a year if i could

The setting was lovely, with good amenities and facilities. The breakfast was delicious, with a varied range of items and not too busy. The menu for the lobby lounge was good, and the food throughout was tasty. The bedroom was nice, very comfy beds and pillows, and the water in the shower and bath was consistently hot.

There was some confusion about what was open and what was allowed. A simple document at check in would help reduce frustration when we found one pool closed, were told different things about ordering alcoholic beverages etc. If we were told at check in it would have been a better experience then just finding out what was and wasn’t open. The beach was a little dirty with rubbish, if the hotel provided litter grabbers then guests could get involved too!

due to off season - one of the restaurant were closed - minimal staffing - spa massage could be better - if the hotel shuttle for short trips around the area
