Clean refurbished Hotel, nice helpful staff, very nice beach with super soft sand..3 swimming pools all clean. Plenty of parking with Security. Hotel food good ( bit expensive). Massage available on the beach..paddleboards etc. Very child friendly. Local beach restaurants in easy walking distance. Yes would book again.

(Breakfast could have been better for what you pay..no bacon???...this has to be corrected!! It's critical..no beans either!!! a choice of 3 thai dishes..which taste great..but two more would be better to give choice and why no cold ham or cheese to go with the salad..Its almost good...but would be great if they added just a bit more..Eggs are cooked to order however you like which is good! Coffee is plentiful from either a Machine or filter coffee.

Friendliness of all staff. Room was very spacious and didn't feel cramped. The gardens and layout were beautiful and made for a relaxing stay. The combination of pools and beach was great. The quiet remote location away from the hustle and bustle of city life was wonderful.

The price for breakfast and massages seemed very high compared with what we experienced in Pattaya so we didn't try either. More reasonable pricing for these services and we would have tried them for sure.

Decent breakfast, food very good overall but menu is a bit small. Comfortable rooms, great showers. Big swimming pool with plenty of room around the decking area.

Beach was nice but there was a box of empty beer bottles on it that could been seen from the pool area. It was there for 3 days until the tide washed it away. Website stated there are 3 restaurants but one was only open for breakfast & one wasn’t open at all. That made dining a little restrictive, as the location is isolated.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Our booking included breakfast too. The rooms have been recently renovated, although the establishment is big the staff and the management make a lot of effort to guarantee that each details is covered. Multiple swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi on reservation are only few of the wonderful things available there. The coast and the shore are wonderful and in February we found the pollution rate very low. Accessibility for wheelchair and staff always willing to help with any requests. This hotel, according my opinion, is family friendly, couples and singles. There are plenty of spaces for everyone. If you are looking for activities you can also find interesting the natural attractions such as the mangroves park, far around 30 minutes by car. If you have your own car is easy, otherwise the hotel can help you with a taxi reservation. The hotel offers also transfer from and to Bangkok as well. Manager Mister Nick at the front desk, together with Khun Arisa along with the all staff are wonderful. The Food managers Mister Bunchai and Miss Pum at the Shore Restaurant are great too and the young waiter Toy were attentive to offer a great service. Definitely we will back again to enjoy another wonderful time.

The hotel area is wonderful, location on the beach. Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Connecting rooms in garden wing with sea and pool view were perfect. Spa services available in the hotel area. Have been here earlier and would go again.

For breakfast I would have liked more choice in fruits. The sunbeds at the pool are reserved with towels for hours and yet no one is seen (But luckily I prefer walking on the beach. )

This is perfect place for short staying before and after visiting the nearest islands, the hotel is very cozy with friendly and helpful staff. There are many pools, which are very enjoyable for children. Comfortable kids club and playground. You can play ball, volleyball and badminton. Perfect beach and good restaurant are close to the hotel. Excellent spa and massage with not expensive prices and joyful service. I'd like to thank every staff?, but remember just name of general manager Stefan, he decided our problems with pleasure.

we lived in the building of four floors. Sound proofing was awful. The main reason are cracks between doors and floor in rooms.

Nice low key hotel in a quiet area. Hotel was pretty and well kept with friendly staff. Decent breakfast and hotel food but also walking distance to other restaurants along the beach. Water activities on the beach were good too. The hotel booked a boat trip for us which was really good fun and excellent value for money. They had adjoining rooms which we find useful for a family with slightly older kids. This was requested in the booking and honoured.

We felt Covid had depleted the staff a little and they were slow to clear tables, but this will improve with time I'm sure. They were happy to help when asked.

Beautiful lush garden with pools, perfect spot directly on the beach. That part of the beach is clean and the waters are clear. The atmosphere of the whole property is highly relaxing and has a great tropical flair. Staff was kind and very helpful, thai massage was fantastic for a good price. Many restaurants on the beach around the hotel. Good service in general for a fair price!

Breakfast options were limited for western style food. Although good selection of fruit. Coffee was mediocre.

quietness!! at 10 pm hotel is very quite, no near discos or loud places nor busy roads, is is very convenient place. cleanness, very helpful staff, allowed us to check out at 2 pm, breakfast included in the day of check out.

some of the sun-bed should be fixed and or changed, also more sun-bed could be added, as at the morning all of them are occupied, in this case you can still move to the right or to the left side beach cafeterias off the hotel with their own sun-bed.

-The pools are nice. The room is clean.

-Plenty of trash at the beach (although we saw staff cleaning the beach). Maybe this is the time of the year where trash are washed up to the shore. -The guard was a little rude while talking to us when we were trying to park our car. -The hotel probably could change their slippers to disposable ones. If some of your customers will bring it home (as some hotels would allow it to be taken home), they can, and you are not going to look for it. It is quite awkward and embarrasing for the customer to be asked at checkout where are the slippers in the room were (just like what happened to my friends). -The breakfast could be better esp the selection of fruits, cakes and pastries.
