Front desk staff - especially K Thin - were warm and welcoming and helpful at all times. Room 603 (Japanese) was very comfortable and staff also provided me with a comfortable arm chair. There is a small window to open for fresh air - and a tiny Zen garden with water feature that unfortunately was not working. Great location just off Nimmanheiman. Free car parking at front. Breakfasts good and restaurant staff very welcoming.
I did not get to try the lovely little plunge pool off the lobby - perhaps next time

the room was lovely and modern, decoration was lovely. the hotel was within walking distance of many places including restaurants and the mall and a small night market which was perfect for us.
the pool was partially outside however Is covered by shade so the water is very very cold and not very comfortable to swim in which was disappointing.

We thought the hotel was pretty and our room was cute. A more comfortable seating option would have been nice. Our favorite staff was Ram at the front desk. He is the best! And he's very warm and welcoming.
