Kokotel Chiang Mai Nimman

Fantastic View (for specific room type), New hotel with cozy decoration, Walking distance to Nimman road, Partnership with motorcycle rental company

Hard to find parking lot, Wifi didn’t work at all even connected already, Too small air-conditioner for the room making it’s too hot under the blanket, Have to fill up drinking water by yourself outside of your room, Confusing when checking in since the hotel front desk looks more like a cafe.

Location are superb, bed and everything they have are exceeding the price value. Will recommend for couple or person who not need a parking space.

The parking are really a real headache as they have their cafe open for 24/7 with lots of students full house all the time. The parking are mot occupied by in house guest from what I saw but by others. They don't have much parking already yet with these make me park at the street for few times in a row. I will not choose this hotel again as I always travel by car.

The rooms were clean. The amenities were basic but did not need anymore than what was provide. The staff were quick, accommodating, and polite. There was a cold water dispenser in the hallway that tenant can use to fill up their room bottle.

The parking lot spaces for each car was a bit narrow. The location was close to 7-11, Subway and exercise park at the Chiang Mai University. It was only about 400 meters away.

Location is very convenient. Close to many cafe and restaurant.

-Parking space is very limit due to lots of students parked and sit in the cafe that open 24/7 so guest will not have parking space when travel back at night. -Bath mat was rotting. Shower head was dirty.

fun little place, good breakfast, there were lots of students there when we were there. fun market across the street with fun food places

bed was hard and hallways were tile so it was loud when people were going to there rooms talking and then the door slamming

Size of the room, big window with mountain view, clean, quiet, good WiFi (but faster in the lobby than in the room), good location, nice lobby. Being able to refill water on the floor into provided glas bottles was awesome and good for environment.

Nothing really, had a short and pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff; Good temperature and water for shower; Very good location especially for ChiangMai university language institute.

The air conditioner is some how too loud.

floor (on the first floor -near lobby area) is under maintenance- need to be careful when you walk

The location is good and the staff are very helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast very much, there is a night market just across from the hotel.
