Fuji Grand Hotel

good service , perfect for business trip if your business is around . Clean . Large rooms there is a bus service offered by hotel to reach main railway station . i used the service .

Breakfast did not reach my expectation , but is correct . in fact the coffee is not really good ... the negative point is to find a restaurant around the hotel , which is not easy . found near transport taiwan storage place a small restaurent serving very good shrimps . absolutely not according to me a romantic hotel to bring somebody willing to enjoy sight seeing .

Service was excellent

Amusement for the kids, like a play room. A gym. The shuttle service is excellent, it would be even better if a small map was provided with the pick up points near the stations.

The breakfast was above what one would expect in a continental breakfast. Excellent fresh fruit.

The staff should be more familiar with the english language.

Location is not convenient. Very dusty outside with trucks coming off the highway.

The room space is enough.And have shuttle buses to the train station.

The size of the guest room was bigger than average. That's about it.

The location was nowhere near bus nor subway stations. The room was so outdated that you cannot find any USB outlets. None. And I found hair right by the bathtub when I checked in the room. Gross.

Even the "normal rooms" are very pretty and the hotel is overall very nice and clean. I got some welcome snacks in my room and the cleaning service was really nice, I got some bottled water every day. A bus stop is close and it is easy to get to Nangang exhibition station where you can get on the metro. The staff is trying to solve your problem and they are pleasant.

The hotel is not so foreigner friendly, none of the staff talk good English. They tried, but all communication was difficult, especially when I needed something. Also, the information on their website is not complete, you can not find the time of checkout or the opening hours of the restaurants anywhere. Oh, and there is no way to eat there in the evening if you are alone. I went to their restaurant and was told at the entrance that it is not possible to eat there alone as it is a Chinese restaurant. I just wanted to have some dim sums but I was not permitted to eat those, the concierge let me choose from two parts of the menu and I had to get fried rice. I honestly don´t understand why two people can order five dishes but one person can not order two types of dim sums. That was really uncomfortable and it would have been preventable if it had been written anywhere on their website or mentioned by the staff. I recommend eating in the city before coming back to the hotel, especially if you travel alone.
