CHECK inn Taipei Xinyi (Quarantine Hotel)

You can see Taipei 101 from the window of our room! The breakfast also has a good spread👍 The location of the hotel is super convenient with the train station just a 3 minute walk away and a bus stop nearby.

The room was very small and hard to move around even with 2 people in the room. As the hotel is right next to the main road, we could hear the sounds of moving cars late into the night.

very close to the station and buses, a 3-minute walk. night markets just down the road with amazing food. the included breakfast had many options so you will find something you like. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, providing directions, tips, umbrellas, extra bottles of water ect. Our room was always kept clean each day which was a great bonus!

The only downside to our room was that the bathroom was blocked off by not a full-size wall - the wall didn't touch the room so if you're staying with another person you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom if you get what I mean.

If you are going to the Taipei 101 area (for business or whatever), the hotel is a very reasonably priced option. The room was small but fine. Everything was clean and modern. A very good place to sleep and recharge. I liked the breakfast - they tried to show some local foods, but there was a bit of Western food too. (Not a huge variety but decent.) The hotel is close to Taipei 101 and a metro station.

As I said, the room was small. The same was a little round window. It had a bit of a feeling that I was on a ship :) The purpose of this window is only to let some daylight in, not to enjoy the view.

The location was great. Although, they say it was self check-in, I appreciated that there was someone (real human) to help with the process. The hotel also accepted credit card, some doesn't and it will be weird to be carrying so much cash around. The cleaning service is good. The showers and bathroom awesome! I love everything about the hotel and services. However, it would be a 10, if they didn't call me at 1020am to remind me that check out was at 11am on my check-out day. I feel being rushed to check out.

Location is fantastic, an easy 5min walk to 101 MRT station. Breakfast was delicious and something for everyone.

Housekeeping was unreliable, one day our cups hadn't been washed out and tea and water supplies not replenished. Small rooms, but that might be standard for Taipei? We could have done with 2 extra pillows People were smoking in their rooms, could smell it in the hallway, but hard to find someone to talk to about sny issues.

Staff were very attentive. Room was clean and mostly quiet (aside from the quarantine guest that shared a wall with me always slamming their bathroom door). The food was not terrible, though that's not the hotel's fault. WiFi was strong- essential for quarantine, and the bed was pretty luxurious for a mid-priced hotel.

My showerhead broke twice in 8 days. It was one of those cheap, plastic ones that falls apart with too much water pressure. The inability to do laundry or have your towels changed for 8 days was also a bit frustrating. Offering laundry service at least once during those 8 days would be appreciated. Finally, guests are told they can't smoke, even out on the balcony, which of course leads to smokers smoking in the bathroom, which leads to smoke making its way into the central AC and stinking up everyone else's rooms.

Great location - close to subway and TICC. The room was small but nice. My bathroom was fully glassed, so I could watch the busy street crossing under during my time on wc. The breakfast was Chinese type.

The cleaning was not so good. I found under my bed three slippers and old panties.

The hotel offered a great value for the money. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest plus, however, is the hotel's location directly opposite the congress center and in walking distance to the Taipei 101.

The breakfast, while offering some continental options, could have healthier food like cereals and yogurt. But it was quite nice for the price!

Breakfast was poor and weird, saw some dust from wall in the bathroom and cleaning staff didn’t clean very well, forgot to take the rubbish or forgot to put new toilet paper, just small things like this … also it’s really noisy I was wearing earplugs but even they didn’t really work

This inn has a great location which is 10 min walking to taipei 101 and a huge mall. Surrouded by goods local food, 2km to a night market and 100m to a family mart. Acess to redline tube also

The bed could be better, the mattress little too firm for me and we only get 2 pillow (1 for each) which is ok. Also the double room is 2 single matress move togther which we have a tiny gap in the middle. Really hate that
