Pacific Business Hotel

Laundry was critical for a long stay - this was a huge bonus! Gym was critical I stayed in multiple hotels across Taipei, and this one had the best location! Nice views and balcony - really enhanced the experience

Gym was too small. You need a larger area for exercises that use the weights One of the days we did not have cleaning service for some reason. Generally more thorough cleaning would be good. TV did not have international channels (eg CNN) Having a lounge is great. But you could convert more of the space into a desk/co-working space with outlets.

everything except elevator. we loved the room, it exceeded my expectations. we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. we enjoyed the location especially when we crossed the road, we always take a picture of taipei 101 as our background. near to 7-11 or family mart. we loved the louisa coffee shop which is near also. it is also near to carrefour supermarket which is 6-8mins walk. near to bus station but you need 1day pass to enjoy it. helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. we loved the garden and spotlights.

i didn't like the elevator because it was too fast to close and need to hold the elevator button to prevent from closing and to let in other or next person to alight. anyway, i think you are open in improving the hotel so i think if you have enough budget you can change the elevator into new ones. :)

breakfast was excellent delicious with lots of choices, fruits and veggies are very fresh too. The chef and his team are very friendly and attentive, we really appreciate their exceptional service and patience. Room is very clean too.

the lighting of the room is a tad too dark, hard to apply makeup on and no bathroom makeup mirror, the light on top of the sink is not correctly positioned we couldnt see our faces clearly . lavatory too small, shower area is great though water pressure is very strong we love it.

Nice size room, nice view including Taipei 101, plenty of water and quality filter coffee. Pineapple cake was a nice touch though the quality of it was just so-so. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Location was convenient, easy walk to the convention center, night market, and bus stop.

Would have been nice if the bathroom had a door since I was staying with a friend, but it was ok with only the doors for the toilet and shower.

The staff was super helpful, sweet, very hospitable and kind. The laundry and gym service were also good. Amazing location as it was conveniently close to other facilities, everything was amazing expect "no room service". Since i was travelling for work it would have been good to be able to order room service, so I didn't have to leave the room to go looking for food after a long workday.

Modern decor, clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Wonderful breakfast with just the right amount of variety. There are 2 sets of washing machine and dryer, and a tub of detergent for the guests to use. They also provide bottled water free of charge. There is no ice machine, but you can request for a bucket of ice from the front desk.

I would prefer the lobby area to have stronger AC

Big comfy rooms are well laid out. I would definitely stay here again. Less than 10 mins walk to 2 metro stations as well as Taipei 101.

No pool I suppose. Heard from others that the breakfast wasn't great but I never ate a meal in the hotel personally. There's a Family Mart and 7 Eleven right outside if you need a snack or quick bite.

It is very near, walking distance to Taipei 101 and Tong Hua night market. Convenience store just round the corner from the entrance of the building to the hotel

Filthy carpeting in the room. I wonder when was the last time they shampooed the carpets Towels are old, it’s time to consider changing new ones Staff chasing us to check out at 10.45am when the check out time is 11am.

The four-person family room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious. Staying in Taipei in the future will be on the list of pockets.

There is no room for clean clothes in the shower room. It's a little awkward to walk out after taking a bath and get your clothes.
