There were slight changes to breakfast every day, however, most items were kept the same. Quality was good and tasty! The fresh fruit was the tastiest I've ever had. Fruit in TW is amazing in general.

I noticed some mold spots behind the AC cover and in the shower. Seems unhealthy for longer duration stays. Additionally, I would've preferred gym/sauna to be open until 23:00 or 24:00 rather than 22:00.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport, 2 stops on the express train from the airport. Connected to a mall but not a big mall. Around the hotel you can find shops and convenience store and also fast food joint. Room is spacious, they have complimentary soda on daily basis which I like, my room has a balcony but the view is all right, facing another apartment.

The buffet breakfast is nothing fantastic. The bed though is not comfy kind of stiff and hard for me. But for just a couple of day stay for business trip, I guess it is ok.

It is spacious and very clean. Most of all, for people with sensitive hearing, our room facing the roads and MRT rail is extremely quiet. We had very restful nights. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Last but not the least, the freshly prepared food of many varieties at the buffet breakfast rival any big buffet restaurant.

The Wifi internet connection speed was much slower than expected. Video calls by Whatsapp or Zoom were nearly impossible due to severe lagging.

Spacious room with complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great and tasty with lots of choices. The gym and spa was free to access to all hotel guests. The location was very ideal as it was located near the airport mrt and there were lots of local food stalls at evening so you could never be hungry there.

Location is excellent for transit overnight close to the airport. Connected to MRT station is a definite plus. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had.

For the purpose of my stay, the hotel worked well and I don't have any complaints. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood but it seems not much you can do within walking distance.

The location is great. Very close to the Taoyuan airport MRT. The hotel has a mineral spring bath. I used it and liked it very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the night market. I had a light meal on the street. It's tender rib rice. It's delicious.

Breakfast was good for our keto diet. Location near MRT was great for our travel. Nice offer of orange and apple in our room. Very comfortable and no noise issue indicated by other guests. We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

Really convenient for the train. There is a mall down stairs and it had a lot of food options so you don’t need to go anywhere. There is a spa and sauna and it was free. The room I got was really big with big comfy beds. Also the buffet was so nice

I like the location where you can find food easily. You can access to Taipei or Airport or Taoyuan HSR station by MRT.

The price could be better
