City Suites - Main Station

The rooms was ideal for a short stay, clean, modern, comfortable and in good condition. The staff were very helpful and daily housekeeping was good. The location is close to the Airport MRT (6min walk), bus stops, HSR/MRT (15mins walk), Taipei Mall, a 7/11 etc.

Not a negative in itself, although there is a laundry service it would have been good to have on site communal customer washing machines/dryers.

Location is very convenient, using Exit 6 from Taipei Main Station to cross the road to walk to the Hotel. Many eateries and shops within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was only 2mins away from exit Y21 of Taipei Main Station. I loved every bit of the hotel. Check in/out was easy and fuss free, the staffs were very nice and welcoming, so are the cleaning staffs. I was given a free upgrade and i'm pleasantly surprised! The room is cozy and the bed is soft. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. I enjoyed relaxing after a tiring day in the bathtub. Overall, the hotel is very budget friendly, it outdid my expectations and I will definitely revisit again.

Sadly there is no wifi. The bathroom is not completely opaque can see the silhouette of the person showing inside. This may be a little bit awkward for friends of different gender. Both my friend and I are female so we had no issues with it.

Rooms were immaculately clean, working TV with a small selection of english-language channels. The location is amazing, a short walk to the Airport MRT station, Beimen station (which also has a extensive bus lines to day trips out of Taipei. Right on the corner is the City Mall, a very long underground shopping strip which connects you to the Taipei Main Station, which comes in very handy during rainy days.

Room walls can be a little thin, the windows to our room looked out at a building wall about 4 meters away, and the standard room is quite small.

Stayed at room in level 1. Staff is helpful. Location is exit 6 from taipei station airport mrt. So very convenient. Room is great, spacious toilet, cool aircond, international plug/outlet (plenty of it at strategic location well thought out). No cupboard but have space below bed to store luggage and many hooks for hanging clothes. Clean and change towels everyday. Great cleaning staff.

It's near the station when you arrived from airport train. But the actual station building for TRA & HSR trains is quite a walk because it's a big main station. There's a 7-11 nearby but for breakfast and late night snack there's not much choice and have to walk a bit. Not a lively area, so great because it's quiet but hard to find interesting stuff like coffee shops, bakery etc.

1. Initially we went a big round to reach the hotel, but actually is very near to the train station. Maybe you should add direction from train station to Hotel upon confirm booking. 2. Bed was good but pillow was too soft. 3. TV should have "sleep" button

location & facility & staff

Room is clean and is of adequate size. Not exactly near taipei main station mrt as the exit is at Y21 (no escalator). If escalator needed, to exit Y22 and cross the road. Its much nearer to Beimen mrt which is at Y28.

Personally doesn't like to climb into a tub for a shower. But my 3yo child loves the tub!

Proximity to Taipei Main Station. Clean room and toilet Twin queen beds was comfortable

Walls were thin means neighbouring guests coming and going can be heard No window can be claustrophobic for some people Staff are pretty inflexible

Good Location, short walking distance to the main station, Xi Men Ding, Chinese Market (Di Hua Jie) and Park near the river(Da Dao Cheng), No comment on cleanliness

Safe Box position is too low for customer to use it, for old age like me is a challenge.
