Holiday Inn Express Kaohsiung Love River, an IHG Hotel

Fantastic location. Short walk to river and station. Next to Pizza Rock and Smokey Joe's. Seamless check-in. Professional and fast. Folio provided upon check-out. Near many eateries and drinking holes.

Nothing I didn't like. It was a fine hotel with a wonderful breakfast. I wish my family and I stayed a week instead of 3 nights. I suppose it could have been cheaper, but I still thought it was great value for money.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely and I loved the window seating space. Toiletries provided were also of great quality.

Thin walls, as I could hear the guests next door every night without fail. The noise woke my son up twice in our three night stay. The hotel also did not plan for a full booking but limited breakfast space. I waited for a long time on the first day, and was asked to wait even longer on the second day. I appreciate the change to a la carte set meals for safety but timing of service was not well thought out to allow efficiency. This would have inconvenienced many guests throwing them off schedule, as it did me.

Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Comfortable stay. Walking distance to riverside and metro. Great amenities all around. Self-service laundry for 100TWD.

Bed was rather shaky. Can feel sleeping partner movements.

The staff at the breakfast cafeteria has been very thoughtful and caring. Coffee at the lobby and the breakfast were both tasty! Very clean overall. Could do our own laundry at the basement which was convinent.

Parking was about 5mins walk. Sound proof wasn't the best.

The bed is nice but the queen size was two single beds put together, so you can still feel the gap between the beds. Overall the service, facility, room is nice just the breakfast area is a bit confusing and not too many selections to have in the morning

There is no Ubike around the hotel.

A great experience just like what I lived in United States and other locations.

They do not have enough parking lot in the basement, so I have to park my car in a public parking near by the hotel. Unfortunately that date was National Holiday and very crowded. I drove my car upstairs until the roof, and found the parking location finally.
