Great value for money. Big, clean, and great room in the centre of Zurich. It was so cheap compared to the others. I was impressed by the price for that room and location. I would suggest it to everyone travelling to zurich.

I would prefer it to have some sort of reception, not just getting into the bar and ask the bartender for anything I want. Also the heater did not work properly on our room and it seemed not working even after waiting as suggested.

Excellent location in the center of the older part of Zurich. Plenty of shopping, sights, restaurants within reach and easily accessible from the train station.

Area around the hotel was noisy - but the staff warned us, gave us a room farther from the street, and provided ear plugs. It was hot so we couldn’t close the windows at night to dampen noise from the bars in the area.

Centrally located, friendly staff on reception, easy access in and out of hotel during the day and evening, check out was very simple and only involved dropping the keys off in the box, comfortable bed, clean linen, renovated rooms. For the price I paid it was exceptional value.

Two small points. The shower floow had plastic linoleum with a print to make it look like brown packing crates. It felt unhygienic and I would recommend the hotel replace it with proper tiles. I am 6ft and there was only a small place to have my head between the shower glass and the wall and I banged it a couple of times. In the next renovation, perhaps they could squeeze a few more centimetres for the tall ones.

The position is perfect, in the centre of the city. Staff very nice and kindly. Room well structured and equipped.

No problems at all. Only a comment: we left the window opened due to the summer temperature and we heard some noise from the bar below until midnight, but we are young and appreciate it ;-) The host have also kindly provided some ear-plugs. However, if you are in a summer trip and have children, consider this detail.

Location brilliant. About 10 minutes from station. Right by the river and 10 minutes from Zurichsee. Key pickup is from the bar next to hotel. WiFi really good in my room. Bathroom really well finished, room warm.

I didn't realise hotel didn't serve breakfast, but hey, that's down to me not the hotel and area is rammed with cafés.

Very convenient location. Room was clean. It is good for a quick stay or if you won't be in the room too much. Keep in mind, there are no cars allowed directly in front and no parking available.

Room was quite small so may be an issue if you have lots of luggage.

very close to city centre close to tram num 4 that brings us to Zurich central very friendly staffs, especially the front desk guy who helped us alot with our questions and provided immediate help They even allowed us to check in early-that was a huge relief for us. They also have all the basic amenities, even a small kitchen. This hotel is highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

just abit of noise from the bar at night, but it didnt bothered us.

Hostess was son kind and clear with the explanation pf my reservation, the room was clean and had everything to be comfortable.

There is a lot of noise at the late night because some people use to stay after hours in the street when the bars closed. I leave my room at 8 am and even at this time, people still partying on the street. It is something dificult to control and it is not fault of the hotel.

The wood interior, and the accessibility to the tram station. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable (considering how expensive switerland is). Checking out was seamless, with us dropping the key-card inside a box.

The laughter and talking from the bar downstairs. With the windows closed, the noise level felt like people talking loudly in the next room. However, all this was expected, and the hotel even provided earplugs.

Very friendly staff, super central location close to the mainstation and other public transport, small but tidy and comfortable rooms.

I had no complaints at all. If you are looking for fancy, this is not your place, else great option. Might get a bit noisy on weekends but ear plugs are provided. For me was no issue at all during the week.
