Let's start with the house - it is so beautiful. Ample spaces to sit and relax, either in the sitting room, or lawns. The dining space is light, airy and bright, overlooking the lawn, and it's just the right atmosphere! The house is in perfect condition, and the rooms are nice, clean and airy. They aren't huge, but by European standards, they're just fine. Next, the service. I can't thank the Signau House team enough! We were traveling with very elderly parents who caught a chill and were confined to their beds for the duration of our stay. The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable! Whether is was extending breakfast timings, checking in on them while my husband and I were out, opening up their kitchen to us for dinner - we really felt like we were living in our own home. Finally, the location - the house is very well located, on a quiet street, and well connected via tram. It's walking distance from the lake, and a few stops away from the Old City and other touristy places.

Nothing - it's a great place to stay. Won't be disappointed.

Stayed here as a base visiting our daughter who lives in Zurich. A beautiful house, well worth seeing. All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly . Nice breakfast, and added bonus of a garage underground, although at cost. 15 mins walk in Zurich ( Belle Vue ) but trams are running all day to use.

The hotel has been set-up in a unique charming house, with carefully selected decoration, surrounded with a beautiful garden. The staff is very forthcoming. The breakfast is better than average and served with love. The toiletry products are of excellent quality.

The honesty bar is slightly overpriced. Check-in times are limited, but the hosts organised for a smooth prepared arrival in their absence.

perfect for a weekend but for a longer stay there is no wardrobe to hang clothes, just an elegant stand.

the breakfast was amazing welcoming staff rich choice and variety of food ambient was just wonderful it gave us the feel we just went back to 1930 where everything was so beautiful and sophisticated

The breakfast was made to order and excellent on all fronts! The reception was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful with ideas and tips on how to get around.

The room was a bit on the warm side, but we solved this by opening the balcony doors.

Fabulous location, boutique hotel with attention to details. Beautiful garden and place to stay. Easy walk into the city for Christmas markets. Great breakfast. Super comfortable bed. Parking at the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The house is beautiful and located a short walk from the centre. We spent a few hours reading in the shade in the peaceful garden. As the other reviews say, the staff are lovely.

A beautiful house (& garden) close to the lake and downtown Zurich, with a great staff (From the super host to the chef Lukas, very nice and interesting people). Top accommodations, clean, confortable, high service quality. We had everything we wanted and more to relax and spend a good time.
