The staff were very friendly and supportive. Nice modern hotel with nice private access to lake and to small beautiful garden. Easy checkin and checkout. Quite and peaceful.

It was a little hot during our stay, and there was no AC. But it was ok.

The room we checked in has balcony with fabulous lake view, it was really stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, all amenities was provided, and free flow of water and soft drinks from the minibar in the room. The breakfast was very good in food quality and nice lake view during breakfast too. A safe indoor parking was provided with minimum charges. Overall the hotel is one of the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Switzerland.

We checked in April the weather was good, but noted there is no air-conditioner in the room, could be hot during summer. Other than that the hotel is perfect.

Cannot find anything bad. Spacious room with great lake views and full service of room amenities, including drinks in the refrigerator. Very quiet. Very friendly staff with warm welcoming. Perfect. Next to ferry stops.

It is not easy to access without the car. The best way to access the downtown Lucerne is by ferry, but the timetable is so flexible. Over 30 minutes of driving to downtown Lucerne.

Wonderful views from the terrace of the restaurant and the cafe. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The family room consisting of two connected rooms was great, too. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of fruit, bread (incl. gluten-free on request), cheese, yoghurts, cornflakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham etc. The outdoor and indoor playground for kids was great for our two kids to play. There was also a house with two big rabbits at the reception (as it was Easter) - our kids loved to watch them :)

Just one suggestion: It'd be good to have curtains at the windows for the day in our room as people from the clinic center could see into our room (when getting dressed or so). There are thick dark curtains for the night though so we had to use those during the day.

Setting/location has a major wow factor. Breakfast and dinner lakeside was wonderful along with an Excellent choice of fresh food and outstanding service. Room was very clean and looked after well daily. Staff are a credit to the hotel.

Air conditioning in the bedroom would be nice but that is easier said than done. A fan in the room would help on still nights if you like a cooler room; could be the hotel offers them I didn’t ask at the time.

Location was good. Room was quite and clean.

There was repair works in the hotel and it was not so nice to stay in a hotel which is under refurbishment. The reception closes very early and there was nobody to meet us and give the room keys to us. I was a little bit surprised how a 4 star hotel reception may closes around 4 pm.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with an amazing lake and mountain view. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and the staff is just very friendly and helpful. We asked for a fan and extra pillows that arrived within 5 minutes in our room. Plus they provided in the room apples, cake and a fridge with water, soda, juice which is refilled everyday included in the room rate. We were very satisfied at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The shower was a little tiny.

No kettle in the room... but house keeping supplied us with a nespresso machine and capsules free of charge

Great hotel on the lake, equipped with everything and well connected to Lucerne and Weggis via the ferry. It is a bit isolated but if you’re seeking for place to relax in the nature, it’s a best choice.

There is practically no dinner options in the proximity except the hotel restaurant which is a disaster. It was full in the evening, so we ordered a pizza for pick-up, which, apart from being completely overpriced, was overcooked so that one could hammer nails with it.
