The hotel is modernised and spacious. The room is also very bright and spacious too. The hotel also provide free shuttle service to & from the train station.

There is a unique smell in the room, not able to describe.

Lovely modern hotel, with several restaurants, nice bar lounge area and smart modern comfortable rooms. The included free use of the nearby modern spa complex was a real bonus.

It would have been better to have more evening entertainment. Perhaps we were unlucky on our weekend stay, but first night (Friday) the live music and DJ finished quite early, and next night (Saturday) there was nothing. I think that is a missed opportunity as the bar lounge area is great. Also the location is at the quieter end of town, well away from the trendy centre around Badrutt’s Palace, but some will prefer that. For us, the walk across the frozen lake (in March) to reach the centre of town was actually a bonus.

Nice modern room, quiet and well appointed. Reception staff were excellent. Good location near to one of the cable cars with a nice view of the lake from the wellness area (sauna, steam room and relaxation room, all nice). Appreciated the St Moritz visitor card for buses and cable cars around the area as main town a little far to walk in the very hot weather. Have stayed at the Reine Victoria (sister hotel) before so was happy to choose the Laudinella, and would happily stay there again.

A choice of restaurants but some odd opening/closing times restricted actual choice, and most were fairly unsophisticated in terms of decor/ambience for an otherwise smart modern hotel. Siam Wind (Thai food) - food good, but grumpy service (would it kill you to smile at guests?). We also had a scolding one morning by one of the staff for trying to use a coffee machine in the lounge/bar - told very finger-waggingly that it was for 'groups' only but there was no notice to that effect, she then followed us back to the breakfast room (where we were trying to get that coffee) to continue to tell us off! Fortunately it was in German so we didn't understand much of it! Not how you expect to be treated in any language.

newly refurbished room was high spec. the lobby area was also. the hotel has 2 courtesy cans for train station pickup which was appreciated with us and our luggage. although a very pleasant walk of 20 minutes along the lake to the train is worthwhile for a day trip and no luggage. the breakfast include in the price was exceptional, plenty of choice and staff most helpful with refills of breakfast as and when needed.

only the small lifts to each wing of the hotel aren’t large enough to accomodate more than 4 guests with luggage .

Hotel Laudinella tries hard to attract guests. The hotel has a very beautiful modern lobby and a bar area with a fireplace and music. Free access to the Ovavera wellness center located almost across the street is a great bonus! Watching the sunset and changing colors of the mountain sky from the open air jacuzzi in an unforgettable sensation!

The ski room should be bigger with more benches to sit. The stairs outside are steep. Providing a ski bus to and from Signal ski lift would be a nice bonus.

The room was nice with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel also provides free access to the thermal pool facility only a few minutes walking distance. The nearest cable car is a 10 minute walk. The lake is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and the centre of town is approximately 15 minutes walk. Parking was included at no extra cost and was right in front of the hotel. On Christmas Eve the staff out on free Prosecco, gluhwein and snacks which was a really nice touch. The staff also placed soft toys in the room for our kids and chocolate for us.

Location may be a bit far from the centre of town for some but that’s an individual choice. The pillows were a bit large for our our personal preference.

excellent service! hotel staff very accommodating…makes you feel at home. we loved the hotel’s Italian restaurant. lobby was modern spacious and lovely fireplace. free access included to the Ovaverva spa and indoor pool - do not miss! this is what the kids loved the most. pool for all ages and water slides. book a massage for extra cost - super relaxing and super worth it. you can walk 20mins to the center while enjoying the lake and the beautiful view.

small thing - pillows are very thin and could have been fluffier

Love to chat with the male receptionist, wish we could have more time to talk with him. He shows great enthusiast and introduce the hotel very well.

We booked a shuttle from the hotel on 8:20am to go to the station for Glacier Express on 8:51am. Shuttle car did not appear until 8:45am. Eventhough we were able to rush to the train just 10 seconds before the train starts moving, it was too risky. The driver did his best to push our luggages and run with us to the train. Thumbs up to the driver!

Everything except pillow Drop off and pickup from train station only 3mins but it is convenient with large group and luggage and it was included Many restaurants on site and nearby Amazing swimming and spa facilities within 2 min walk and also included Excellent breakfast with made to order eggs Large lobby with bar Excellent front staff with maps to help you get around Bus stop right in front Lake also walking distance

Pillow was too soft They said they are getting new kind next week Room could be bit bigger esp if you have large luggage
