Centrally located and very convenient for our needs. An extremely popular restaurant and bar with locals makes me reassured that the food is good and it didn't disappoint. Very popular with all types of guest such as cyclists and walkers as we were. Adequate breakfast, comfy bed and good facilities plus very clean. What more can a traveller ask for?

It was hot during our stay and the room we had was not air conditioned but it didn't worry us too much.

This is a charming, low key hotel, relaxing, really well located, with delightful, helpful staff and a super restaurant. Despite being only a short walk from the station our room, on the top floor, was quiet aside from church bells. St Maurice is a very convenient place in the valley to stay if you want to travel by train. We zipped to Montreux for the afternoon the day we arrived, over to Le Bouveret for a day and we’re were back in Zurich just over 3 hours after we checked out. The restaurant is a gem - short, focused menu but covering enough bases to please most. The cooking is excellent and the service incredibly friendly. They were ever so nice to our children too.

On the top floor in hot weather you end up choosing between airflow and insects at night. A fan might have helped with the sultry nights.

The hotel is good. There were 5 of us and we went to a wedding nearby. For that it was perfect If you are looking to put your head down for a couple of days. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. Staff are very helpful. We received a parking ticket but the staff sorted it all out for us. (we were in the correct parking space) THEY DO THE BEST COFFEE

There was no cooked breakfast. There were a lot of church bells going off every day. We had a room at the back but if we were in the front of the hotel it may have been noisy as its on the main road.

Very good staff a nice breakfast and tasty meals in the restaurant. Having a lift was great especially when on the 3rd floor. Having a fridge in the room was a plus which I used.

Unfortunately the WiFi was not working on 2 of the days which was there.

you could see that furniture was old. some stuff eas broken and needs a fix (f. e. toilet seat). we could hear the children running upstairs, felt like living in an apparemment with neighbors 🤪 (room was in 3rd floor and family suite is located on 4th floor)

great location, in the center of city, hotel surrounded by historical buildings; friendly and very welcoming staff; huge room size, including bathroom with 2 sinks; underground parking nearby (~100 m away only); nice restaurant, good choice of food for breakfast

a bit pricey, but like everything in Swiss For whom it can be important: our room was on the 4th floor, elevator goes only up to 3rd floor, could be an issue for the people with a luggage or health problems.

I loved everything!! Basically, I arrived to late to reach my final destination (Verbier) and needed somewhere to rest my head for the night. I couldn't have asked for anymore, only 2 minute walk from the train station, the hotel was absolutely spotless and the bed was so, so comfortable. Thank You!!!

Absolutely nothing not to like!!!!

We had the two bedroom which was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom. The deck was lovely and offered wonderful views all around. The breakfast was also nice. The hotel was very conveniently located and the town has some great sights. We enjoyed our two night stay.

Hotel in a small town, friendly staff, good breakfast, we stayed in a studio with kitchenette, so we took the opportunity to cook. There are groceries and restaurants not far from the hotel. Possibility of free parking in the underground car park just only 100 meters from the hotel.

This is a well run, well located, friendly little hotel with a great restaurant. The apartments on the top floor work well for family groups and provided us with a super base between Geneva and Bouveret.

If I was nit picking I would say that the beds could be comfier, and it’s a bit pricey - but that’s Switzerland.
