Hotel Central Résidence

Pool nice, We stayed in apartments which were comfortable and well-appointed. Nice balcony with a view over the valley to mountains beyond.

Although the apartment was nice, with quality furniture & fixtures and large rooms, some things could improve the experience like hooks to hang coats etc (there were NONE), only one mirror which was in the bathroom, very poor lighting in bathroom.

The hotel is amazing! Very well maintained and great staff on service. The spa area was good with good outdoor activity avaliable just ouside. Parking is free outside the hotel (lots of spots there). Havins studied in LAS, I must say this is probably the best hotel in the village at a very reasonable price. Highly recomended for stays there!

My room was a little small, but it was a single room, but mainly with absolutly no view. Not really comlaint here :)

Food was really nice in the evening buffet. They also had a raclette stand that was available for the customers. Breakfast was also very nice. Rooms were clean and friendly staff. And not to forget the amazing view from the bedroom!

The terrace chairs were old and not suitable for this hotel. The whole swimming area looked like it could use an update. But it is nice to have the facilities...

Basic but had all the essentials and was clean. Good price. Located a 10 minute walk from the station and another 10 minutes to the ski lift. Large, open and welcoming communal space in reception/bar area.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit dated. The general layout of the resort of Leysin assumes you have a car (a sprawling resort on a mountainside with limited public transport connections), so an optional shuttle service (for an additional fee) between the nearest station and the hotel would be helpful.

The single room was very good even if the view was not great. The food was good even though it was a buffet. The staff could not have been better.

The buffet in the evening could involve a bit of a queue. The swimming pool was packed with children but a swim was not my priority and it was half term. The hotel was close to the slopes but an uphill walk of 200 metres was still required to reach the snow.

The room was great for a family of five with a dog. Staff were excellent and the facilities are great, Pool, dry and wet sauna, and a hot tub.

The buffet dinner was pricy, and not a lot of options, but the breakfast was really good. I think it's cheaper if you include it in your stay price.

Location is fantastic with fabulous views, the pool is a major attraction and a bonus.

Overall, a very good stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only single disappointing aspect was one (the other staff were excellent) rather curt, impatient, rude member of staff who certainly did not reflect the professionalism of the other staff. He was perhaps having a difficult evening that day at the reception/bar area. It happens. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend the hotel for a family stay. We had a great time.

Beautiful views. Children were happy with the spa. Later check out gave the possibility to enjoy the spa twice.

The shower in the room was not so convenient. Water in the jacuzzi was a bit cold and the steam sauna was not very warm.

Great Spa and pool (although the temperature in the pool could have been a little bit warmer). The breakfast was a great deal since our children were free of charge. We enjoyed the lobby and game area, but one of the games was not working properly. The nice lady at the counter refunded us the money

View was beautiful. As finns the sauna was really good. scrambled eggs were good at the breakfast.

wifi wasn’t very good. Jacuzzi was dirty. we would have wanted more fresh stuff at breakfast.
