Bad Horn - Hotel & Spa

Located directly on the lake was a beautiful setting and a 10 minute drive inland to family members was ideal. Parking outside the hotel or underground was excellent. The room facilities were great for clothes storage as we were staying 5 nights. Great bathroom and shower with robes and footwear. Breakfast offered many choices so was perfect on all aspects. Excellent spa facility.

I had trouble sleeping on the huge bed so never really got a good nights sleep but can’t say for sure it was the mattress. Food in the restaurant was expensive and a limited choice. My wife had mussels one night and I would rate the meal as poor, mussels were tiny. We ate twice there and outside the hotel for the other nights.

We had such an excellent stay at the hotel. Very kind and helpful reception. Outstanding spa. Excellent gym. Really nice and comfortable room, with a nice terrasse. Wifi excellent. Lunch and dinner was excellent, both the location/tables and the food. We loved the different outdoor areas. We loved our dinner food. We loved the bar areas and the bar food. We loved the pier. We loved the area. We would love to come back and stay longer.

The service in the bar could definitely have been better. The disappointed us several times, not keeping agreements and promises. My wife felt somewhat badly treated. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing in quality, selection and presentation. That was not we had expected. The service at the restaurant was also a bit disappointing in several aspects. My wife had two negative experiences with two different waiters, during lunch and dinner.

Location is a dream - right by the lake. The spa, hot tub and private lake access were fantastic. All staff were very friendly and the bike parking is superb (separate area in parking garage, with locked door). The room was generally comfortable, and the views over the lake are simply amazing. Very relaxing.

Very expensive, you pay well for the luxury. Restaurant was fully booked (staff did recommend booking), and the staff treated me like a problem when I asked if there was a free table for one. The bar menu is limited. Full down duvets and pillows in the middle of summer? Worst pillow of my trip - had a terrible nights sleep. My room was overlooking the road which is loud, and the rooms can be quite warm.

The hotel is very beautiful and the location directly by the lake is perfect. Everything is clean and well taken care for, and the staff is very friendly and professional. We felt us very welcome and enjoyed our stay here. What we really loved was the spa & wellness, which is quite modern looking and was very clean. We had even a chance to swim in Bodensee which was cool. We ate only a breakfast at the hotel, and we were both very pleased with it. This hotel I would recommend for everyone and we will come here again!

It is a wonderful hotel, very nicely located on the lake Constance's shore. It has great facilities: spa, sauna, pool...

It is not that I didn't like. It is a matter of suggesting some ideas. 1. Maybe the facilities could be open for a little longer. 2. Maybe there could be a pool bar. 3. Maybe breakfast could be a bit improved - more diversity.

The left wing of the hotel is outdated with no a/c. We called the receptionist and he upgraded our room for free to the right way which has some kind of cooling .

The room in the left wing was outdated and looked like nothing was done for the last 10 years . Plenty of mosquitoes from the lake

the view, the spa, the restaurants, everything was perfect! I travel a lot and i go in hotels very often but i can easily say it was one of the best hotels i have ever been in

Everything! Indoor pool, whirl pool, spa, is great and open till 21:00! The rooms are big and warm in winter, beds are comfortable. Everything is very clean. Staff is very friendly! Breakfast is amazing, lots of tasty choices. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Only one small thing, that it’s a double bed with 2 separate mattresses rather than 1 big mattress but still it was very comfortable.

The location, the facilities, and the room were terrific! The staff was super friendly too! Overall a great stay and I will come back in 2023.

Super comfortable beds, very clean and beautiful, great sauna with a lake view, can jump into the lake to cool down. Excellent kitchen, and very attentive staff. Easy to reach with a train. Highly recommended! We will come back 😊
