it was in a great central location, easy for skiing. Really clean and comfortable. the sauna and spa was immaculate. The hotel staff are outstanding- the restaurant waiters and waitresses Mikel and Astrid were beyond charming, friendly and great to chat too. Finally the reception staff were incredible. Nothing was to much bother for Fabienne and Milad even helped me with my skis to the train station so I didn’t miss my connection. what a superstar - thanks I got my flight. definitely will come back.

Hotel was conveniently located less than 5 minutes, across the train station, yet environment was generally quiet. I know from the map that the accommodation will be near the train station, but to my surprise, it was nearer than I expected. Staff are really nice. Room was really clean. Enjoy my one week's stay here in Engelberg.

I can only say good things about this property. Just beside Engelberg railway station and what a view of Mt. Titlis from balcony. The two ever smiling ladies at the reception. For Indians, there is an indian restaurant in front of the hotel. But one must stay in this hotel with balcony for the mesmerising view. The three days were the best of our europe trip.

Everything was very good only the bathroom door was a little rusty so it was impossible to avoid making noise while the others were sleeping and it didn’t have a lock (my teenage daughters asked me to mention this) but everything was excellent.

Only a few steps from the train station and bus stop, friendly staff, lovey sauna, well stocked and delicious breakfast. clean rooms, amazing shower, comfortable beds, big balcony with a great view. Staff went out of their way to help with a particular request.

Location was great. Close to everything, trainstation, lifts, restaurants. Breakfast was good, everything up to standard! The sauna/relax area was very good. Lovely place to go and relax after a long day in the mountains.

I think the room of the hotel is spacious and equipped with a balcony with stunning Mountain View. the hotel also offers free parking.
They double charge me during my checkout, in which I was prepaid through booking.com, but it was solved, the fund should be refunded.

The location is very convenient but most of all, the hospitality is beyond excellent. Breakfast was amazing and rooms are clean and spacious. Recommended for families. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was right next to the train station, had a beautiful view, and had a very spacious and clean sauna. The owners were so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast was really good, too!
It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
