Hotel La Prairie

This hotel is where we would always want to stay when going back to Crans Montana....beyond the perfect comfort of our room in every way was the welcoming, patient, caring attitude of the staff that was unique and was an unexpected bonus to everything else. To put the 'icing on the cake', after staying in the lounge until 11 in the evening playing the piano, we had to leave at 6;30 before the breakfast was to be served at 7;00n in the morning. The staff was already downstairs and insisted that we come into the dining hall and filled our hands with fresh croissants, cheese , fruit and anything else we would consider taking on our way... this place is magical. It is complete....one of the most cherished experiences of our lives....Thank you for the kindness..

la Prairie was a ten for us...we had a double double room with a bathroom in between.....the children had a double bed as did we..It was a perfect space....there is only good to say about every aspect of this place...

Excellent service and most friendly owners/staff: always smiling, helpful, driving us to the village - This was definitely the highlight of our stay even if it was just for 1 night. I wish we stayed longer, and definitely planning on coming back to Crans just to stay there:) also very cozy/aunthentic chalet vibe in the hotel. We got upgraded for our room, and we had such a cozy room with nice balcony. I must say also that the hotel was very clean. Lastly, you need to try the cheese raclette at the restaurant - so tasty, and dinner next to a fire made the evening even better.

Nothing to write here. Rooms are a little dated but cannot complain.

The hotel is very well located to explore Crans-Montana. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with a very large choice of products. Even though the parking lot is quite small, there is plenty of romm to park the car within a short walking distance.

The room was quite noisy late in the evening as we could hear the sounds coming from the adjacent room.

Superb all through out. I loved all about the hospitality. Especially the food and the mentality. I also liked the familiarity of the place and that it was a family owned business. No I have nothing more to say.

Not much I did not like. Maybe only that I needed less fat and carbs in the food. There is nothing else to say as far as negative aspects. I do not want write more here, seriously.

The hotel is not expensive at all, the services was very good, the room comfortable enough and the cleanliness was very good. This hotel is quite nice for its price range. It has parking space and enough room for a lot of people eating.

The room is qute small, smelled a little bit like cigarette and I had a bd experience with the breakfast (with the juice that had some mold). Also, the location is far from the "center".

Everything! The room was simple (we had the smallest room...and the cheapest one) but sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, the place super quiet. The breakfast had a large choice of breads, cereals, yogurts and quality was ok.

very friendly staff and amazing service! the shuttle bus to the ski lift was definitely a plus. rooms are big and spacious and the breakfast is a nice spread. you can also easily walk to the city if you want to go out for drinks or dinner.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, rooms are so spacious. It's a cozy hotel, with an old school vibe which is great. Lovely bar in the lobby, breakfast was great, with an amazing cheese platter! The staff is there to help with whatever you need, always in a good mood.

It provided a good breakfast with plenty of choice. The Hotel had a nice garden swimming pool, and terrace. It was in walking distance of the town

Our room was over the front door, and it was a bit noisy at times.
