Comfort Hotel Norrköping

I love that it’s very central in the city, easy to find and exceptional parking, the breakfast had plenty of variety and offered loads of options, taste was awesome. The beds was super comfy, staff was always smiling and service minded.

I wish we could have been offered something for our son to drink for his breakfast as he’s allergic to apples and oranges, and has difficulties drinking milk. When explained in message to the hotel, staff replied that we had to bring our own drink for him or he would have to be without. Also, when we checked in, no one in staff told us anything about the amenities, so I still don’t know if there was any play area for kids or not (for example)

Great hotel, recently refurbished or opened and in a very pleasant location next to the river and short walk to the railway station. The combined bar/reception is a great idea and the staff are very happy and helpful which is always a bonus. The hotel lobby area is a good mix of comfortable seating and areas to work or socialise and the breakfast is extensive and very fresh. It was my first time in Norrkoping but a really nice part of Sweden and shall definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

It would be great if there was tea/coffee making facility in the room or free tea & coffee available. There was coffee available for conference guests but I think they should extend this to hotel guests as they do in many other hotels nowadays.

The bathroom was ok, clean, the shower well functioning. Comfortable bed. The heating worked! Good breakfast. I would say good value for money.

The towels had stains on them. They were cleaned but still... ich. We had a small double bed with only one blanket witch was big enough for one person only. We arrived late at night and I didn't ask to have one more, maybe they would have given one more. Bad lightning... but I see this is a thing in Sweden to go blind because of "mysigt ljus". Very very very bad coffee. Only lactose free milk, what is that about? am I not a paying costumer as well? I hate that "almost milk" crap.

Great location nearby city center and railway station. Family room as 2 connected rooms perfect! During our stay hotel was used by lot of families for their trip to Kolmården and therefore breakfast room really busy, but always place to sit and all food available. As we went to Stockholm by train and wanted to come back to the hotel later, we wanted our car parked by the hotel. The friendly lady at the reception advice us to use the public parking place nearby, as it costs SEK 100 for 7 days stay. Only download the EasyPark app, what wasn’t that heard.Didn’t feel unsafe to leave your car there. A lot cheaper then SEK 150 per day for private parking, only benefit then is that your car was parked inside.

A safe to store important documents as passports wasn’t unfortunately not available.

The hotel was clean, has a nice lobby, and staff around the clock even on holiday season. The breakfast was generous. Great location, close to city center, central Station and local transport.

The street parking infront of the hotel is a no parking zone on Tuesday mornings, so beware. It will be better if the staffs on the Mon evening shift pass the info to guests who are new. I got fined, although having a 24 hrs red zone parking permit. Parking in the facility cost 150 sek per night.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Location good and near to the station and the shops.

The room not being cleaned for four days! The bins were overflowing, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for clean towels. The wash basin and toilet should be cleaned every day and there was nothing for us to use to clean them ourselves not that we should do that anyway!

All. We were satisfied with everything: location is great between the train station and the city center. We liked the lobby of the hotel, which has a kids play corner and also offers some drinks and sandwiches for sale. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. The room was very comfortable and the shower very good.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and quiet. Everything was cleaned well.

Checking-in was cumbersome as well as finding and entering the parking garage. The prepaid parking in the basement was so full that I had to park on a place reserved for only electric vehicles although my car is an ordinary petrol one which was quite embarrassing.

Location is great, very clean, the whole facility is very good and convenient. breakfast is great, many people with kids, but we expected this cause it seems all people are going to Kolmården during vacation, and it’s a nice option to stay in Norrköping day before or after.

The bed is quite squeaking, but still very nice to sleep in

We had comfortable bed and slept well- loved the cool night room temp. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast had a nice variety of items.

Really we had a very nice stay. One thing I would have liked coffee for our rooms.
