Sure Hotel by Best Western Stanga

This is a really good, professionally designed and run hotel. Good location: safe, close to train station and buses, reasonable walk to city centre. Friendly welcome at reception. Simple check in. Pleasant, modern, quiet room - triple glazed windows and double door to corridor! Small desk and chair but plenty of power points. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Comfortable chair. Stand for luggage, sensible storage space and a refrigerator. Excellent shower with easy controls. Everything was very clean and the housekeeping staff were delightful. Good value with a good breakfast included.

Breakfast very good, to my opinion it has everything what you need.

Had small accident about my dogs, and other client who stayed in hotel. the receptionist who worked there for first day of our staying was not quite professional, did not try to manage for both sides - just put me in bad position with out trying to find out more about what happen. But I can definitely give 10⭐️to receptionist Mattias, who deal this conflict professionally. Otherwise, satisfied with our staying in hotel.

Room, cleanness, breakfast. Even hotel is in front of train station and my room window was track facing it was very quiet in the room and I did not hear trains passing by.

Corridors, elevator (very tiny and older one in which I do not feel comfortable).

I liked the room again. I liked location. Very very convenient, right next door to the train track, tho not much sound heard from trains in the rooms. Stayed in multiple rooms, none was loud.

Very convenient location, absence of strongly negative points, clean, good price.

Rooms are rather small and could be made soundproof, given the noise from the traffic outside. However, the noise was still tolerable. No strongly negative points anyways.

Room was nice, staff was wonderful, I was late, they have sent me message over booking and via sms, as I did not open booking message, so they wanted to confirm I have received it.

Breakfast, location, staff, accomodation.

The room had peeled off areas on the ceiling (I did not took photos), looked terrible. Other than that, all was good, as always. I stay here already for the 3rd time.

The breakfast was good except it might need a little bit improvement on the types of foods.

the hotel overall is very nice,nice reception,clean room,but there was not wifi because of some problems.It would be very nice to make sure these type of things are always convenient cuz i had a problem to work on my laptop cuz there was no wifi.

Smooth check-in, kind staff and clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast is included but if you can’t stay in the hotel till serving breakfast, you don’t get it. There could be option of booking without breakfast.
