Architecturally stunning, very well maintained hotel with amazingly spacious and high-quality rooms that generally live up to international standards. Ocean views are stunning. Pictures can be trusted. Room service went out of their way to accommodate specific requests.

Extended late check-out due to late evening flight was not possible other than extending by a whole night with no room for compromise. Call to the reception asking for toiletries that were forgotten to be placed in the room wasn’t followed up on. Card machine wasn’t working at some point, although later it did. Kids are having noisy all night parties at the beach right in front of the hotel.

After 5 months stay at different places in SL I mostly enjoyed a proper water pressure in bathroom/shower, real cleanness, well trained staff but not stiff. Really felt welcome not just being a ATM ;) Only having breakfast twice and inroom dining as well, I was more than satisfied about taste, quality and presentation. Maybe for longer stays variety could become little limited. From front desk, restaurant/pool, security employees all of them are very empathic also to 4legged nonpaying visitors seeking shelter or some food.

Gorgeous roof top - should be opened earlier to watch sunset, also could be a nice place for having an afternoon tea. Flooring needs some recondition; even I know it's very hard to maintain that close to sea/beach.

Recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in Negombo and had a positive experience. The spacious rooms, cozy beds, and modern washroom with a separate shower enclosure were notable highlights. The sea view balcony added a touch of serenity, and the rooftop lounge provided a breathtaking view of the sea with a continuous sea breeze. The hotel's multi-cuisine restaurant offered delicious options, and the overall service was commendable. A good choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lots of mosquitos and insects in lobby areas and also in room balcony. Very dark themed hotel. Slow elevator.

Parking was easy, big area at back, not secured however security guard on duty. Staff were extremely attentive as we arrived as gave us a refreshing drink whilst they checked us in. Room was immaculately clean, very spacious in comparison to a normal hotel room, complimentary in house tea and coffee along with all the toiletries was so appreciated. Although we didn't go during the high season, the room, bathroom and outside balcony was extremely clean which was so nice and great attention to detail. We had both the western and eastern breakfast, the food was exceptional and very tasty. We did not try the restaurant or the bars, however if it was anything in comparison to the room service menu, I'm sure it would've been more than amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again!

I would definitely recommend a stay here. The hotel is on the beach with an amazing sea view. The food was good. Staff working very helpful and super nice they helped me to find a tuk tuk driver who showed me nice sights around. I like the design of the hotel and room. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the sea view from my room and for me there is nothing more calming than the sound of sea at night. I like that the hotel had 2 big glass water in the room as I hate plastic bottles. Nice lobby with comfortable sofa.

I loved the view from my room and the size and layout of the room and bathroom. Great balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was huge and comfortable The shower was good and the water was hot, there is an iron and a safe in the room, good wardrobe space with dressing gown and slippers too The staff were really helpful. I felt safe in the hotel as a solo female traveller.

The lift was not very clean, the room I stayed in was clean but looked a bit tired. There was a big scratch on the wall that has taken off the paint.. The blind in the bathroom was broken and various holders and the information folder looked a bit scrappy.

We had such a pleasant time. So happy we stayed here! Would stay again. Lovely staff, good tasty food and a very comfortable room!! We had just got engaged so they put some petals in our room as per my partners request.

The view of the beach from the pool, its a shame that the soace in front is used as a car park. Shade only available by the pool at certain times of the day. Oh and maybe open the rooftop bar earlier so you can sit there for sunset.

We liked the stuff, room and the amazing view. we especially loved the big, happy and helpful Barman :)

Mattress was way too hard. We tried for two days to go and have dinner on roof top but didn’t manage- one day was event happening, second day, I do not know why it was closed. Food was ok except for grilled meat platter that was so over cooked and filled with sausages. in short, our stay was okay.

This hotel is perfect for a stop off after a flight or before you fly. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Food was good especially breakfast. Rooms large and well equipped with stunning sea views. The bathroom was very big with separate bath and shower. Bed very comfortable. Pool was great too. For the price it offers excellent value. Thanks for a great stay!

A big downside to this hotel is the number of mosquitos. In both our rooms there were at least 40 mosquitos. We managed to get rid of most of them so we could sleep but it wasn’t pleasant. We should have asked to change rooms rather than deal with it ourselves but we were tired and wanted to settle. The surrounding area is run down and the beach a bit dirty.

The rooms are really, really beautiful. Spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Beautiful view as well. Large pool, good for a proper swim

The floor in the room was quite dirty and some things were broken (eg fridge not working, one shade not working, usb port not working). There was not sufficient warm water. And the check-in procedure took quite long. No major things, but for this price you expect it to be fixed.
