B bou Hotel La Viñuela & Spa

The hotel was so beautiful, it completely exceeded my expectations. Serious value for money. The beds were so comfy, the view from the room was exceptional. The spa is a must when there, so beautiful and great price for the hour. The massage and beauty therapists are brilliant, I have never felt as relaxed in my life. The cafe served lovely coffee and the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. Both myself and my mother are vegan, and they have an entire vegan menu. It was amazing to see vegans catered for at this hotel. All the staff were lovely, there were two young guys that worked at the restaurant and they were always so friendly and accommodating. The outdoor part of the restaurant has an absolutely breathtaking view looking over mountains and the lake. And finally, the gardens, out of this world beautiful. I will be back to B Bou hotel for another spa break in the future.

It was a bit noisy at night, walls are a bit thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also the international dishes on the vegan dinner menu should, in my opinion, be removed from the menu. The main gastronomy vegan menu is absolutely devine, and the international options really give a bad representation of the restaurants capabilities. I had two meals from the international options and they lacked flavour, and were really inconsistent (i.e didn't contain ingredients listed, contained random ingredients that did not go well with the meal, for example: raisins added to a Japanese noodle dish)

The staff were amazing and very prefessional. The Spa therapists were so good and attentive, room was great and clean, the restaurant and the menu absolutly amazing!! Location is very peaceful and I LOVE this place!!

The room was great but they don't have any mini bar, there is fridge and small water is provided but nothing else, also nothing else. They also do not provide any kettle in the rooms and only coffee machine but the restaurant staff were very helpful and provided hot water when I needed it for a tea. The spa is managed a bit too rigid, we had 1 hour of circuits, after 55 minutes the cleaner were there to clean despite we had booked massages for me and my friends but no facility were provided for us to relax before our treatments. I had other treatments in other days and when I was having my mud treatment, doors were opened and closed very loudly and as relaxing the treatment were the ambiance was ruined due to the noises!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was so comfortable and warm. So important for the winter months. The Spa is small and private. Jose the Massuere is amazing. So healing. Everything about the hotel is special. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal super delicious. The gardens very beautiful and lovelyviews of the lake. Staff lovely and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.

The b bou signature massage we got was 10/10, the best massage we ever had. The masseuse was a true professional! Food and service very good.

The spa was fully booked on our stay, I didn’t think that could happen at a spa hotel. I think they should inform you to book in advance. Beds and pillows not the comfiest.

Great place to be , one single comment only Child under age of 12 should not be allowed As most of the PAX are looking for relax time and disconnect with daily routine In this occation kids jumping into the adult pool , screeming etc , hotel managements should inform the parents about rules SPA 99,9% of the visitors are looking for a quite place to relax , the spa located inside the Hotel , is your place , beside theiy have a private Full Spa for you our your family , adult , were you can enjoy ( Sauna , HotTube, Hamma steem ) just for you , higly recomended Restaurant This is a top gourment Option , great dishes made with the best of the Andalucia region, therefore you must try AJO BLANCO with Olive oil ice-cream , beside Wine list very well extended , amazing terraze where you can have a romantic dinner or a family quality time Location - well located from the main Motorway who connect Malaga , and sorrunding areas - Ronda - Mijas Town - Motril - Gibraltar In a radio of 2hrs Max you reach all this areas in Andalucia

Child under age of 13 should not be shoutting in the pool or eather adults , living towell at the sunchairs to lock tje spot , With 37 rooms the managements should be all over making sure this small details are not becoming a topic on any of the visit

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Spa was really good, best massage I've ever had (gracias Jose). Lovely terrace with ground floor room.

Dinner. Surroundings and staff great but food let it down. Breakfast was excellent though.

The beds were too hard.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. In the winter Spanish hotels can be quite cold, but this one has underfloor heating and radiators and was very warm and cozy. The gardens are beautiful with views to the lake. Nothing is too much for the staff. The spa is private and intimate and Jose the masseurse very healing. Breakfasts are super and the evening meal really delicious. Location is fabulous not far from Viñuela, Puente and Los Romanes which offer a variety of restaurants and shops. We will visit again.

Nothing not to like.

Lake view room was really pretty, and quiet location of hotel. Events were going on Saturday & Sunday night, could head music from the car park very loudly but once in room we couldn't hear a thing. All staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you.

Our patio door didn't lock, informed reception as soon as we found out, they said it would be fixed while we was out. We got back in the evening to find it still wouldn't lock. Called reception and said maintenance had left for the day and would be fixed the next day. Wasn't happy as had to sleep with a baby in the room with the balcony doors unlocked Was told again the next day maintenance had left for the day as asked late afternoon, but after voicing I wasn't happy to wait another day, a cleaner came in and fixed quickly.

Everything. A fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Would highly recommend this hotel in all its aspects! Hard to beat! They even offered Britsih TV which offered us a little extra comfort. Brilliant! Best value for money in our travelling experience. 5 stars in every way but at a 4 stars price! Don't hesitate-just book it!

There was nothing not to like at The Vinuel Hotel. It was a wonderful experience in every way.
