Although not in the town centre, the location is perfect as it you get stunning views from up on the hill of the entire town including the central castle. This is the best part. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and good air conditioning. Parking is secure with a garage below keeping the car cool and protected from the sun in mid summer months. Just be aware you won’t want to walk into town in the summer months as Toledo is exceptionally hot and has lots of steep hills. But the views are amazing.

Only problem was the wooden edges of the bed stuck out further than the mattress and blended with the floor, so both of us hit our knees/legs quite hard on the edges which hurt quite a lot. Otherwise it was good.

We had the cheapest room but it was still very comfortable and well equipped. Views from the terrace are excellent, especially at night. The staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool was closed despite the temperature being in the 30s. The room would be even better if there was a fridge. It is a bit of a hike to and from Toledo old town and fairly steep in parts so not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

We booked two rooms, one of which had a very nice balcony where we could enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The location of the hotel is on a hill about 3 km from the city center, with a lovely view of the city, in a quiet area, with beautiful nature and a few other hotels and houses spread on the hill. The scenery was really beautiful. The staff was nice, free parking was available.

The two rooms we rented, while on the same floor, were on opposite ends of the hotel. This is not a big deal, but something to keep in mind for those who prefer to stay in rooms close to one another. The only issue, which is not the fault of the hotel per se, was that the house next to the hotel had a security alarm than went off and was making quite a lot of noise for many hours during the first evening we were there. I do not know if the hotel staff attempted to do anything about it, but for the guests having rooms with windows facing that house, it was rather unpleasant.

The view could not be beat. Especially at night.

The air conditioning barely worked. The little refrigerator would not get things cold.. We decided to eat at the restaurant. The waiter was rude and surly. Asked for menu and he threw them down on the table. He left and we waited for him to returned. After we waited awhile we decided to go elsewhere. Everyone else at the Hotel was very pleasant. Location was not what I would call walkable to old city. Had a car so it wasn’t a problem.

The hotel is located in a very upscale and quiet area. The ladies at the reception and Amor from the restaurant were very nice and helpful too. The private parking is in front of the hotel and the swimming pool is very clean and lovely The room with a terrace was very clean, nice and had a fabulous view on the old city The restaurant has good dishes and you can have your meal or just a drink on a nice and quiet terrace with view on the old city too.

There was not much amenities in the room and on TV, only Spanish channels. No cable international TV The minibar, which was a small empty fridge, was noisy. The man at the breakfast was not friendly at all and did not make any effort to be nice and to speak anything else than Spanish. A pity to have such a cold greeting when you wake up and to have breakfast in these conditions The breakfast is à la carte only so do not expect to have a great buffet or something similar

Beautiful location, vey clean, food in the Restaurant was superb, waiters very attentive Nice Terrace to sit with a drink and take in the views. Lovely clean pool area with lifeguard and towels. Easy walk into the old town, over San Martins Bridge with a small zip wire to go back for fun.

Everything was great, we had a issue with the window blind, but it was sorted and did not spoil our stay

The gentleman at the front desk in the evenings was the nicest and most helpful person there. (They were all pretty nice he was just exceptional.) He made sure our stay was perfect in every way. Words cannot describe the amount of appreciation I have for the man.

The bed was rock solid and the shower was not enclosed enough to keep water off the floor.

Beautiful location, parking, easy to find, breakfast available as well as restaurant for dinner.

The room was very noisy when other people were in the hallway and talking at night. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker so you could have coffee in the room or out on the beautiful terrace.

I asked for the kettle and it wasn't working, fortunately it was posible to take hot water from the bar. For breakfast I ordered natural orange juice and it was from concentrate - for the concentrate juice the cost was too high - 3euro

Really nice place to stay to visit Toledo. Its not walking distance but you can drive a few minutes and park in Toledo or take a taxi. The view from the hotel is very nice. The service is excellent and the restaurant was good (we had dinner and breakfast there). Ample parking at the hotel.
