Abad Toledo

This hotel was a little gem, location was fantastic close enough to walk everywhere, very reasonably priced. The staff were warm and friendly and very accommodating. They kindly provided us with a map and some useful points of interest The room had character and was very clean and cosy. We would 100% recommend it to anyone travelling to the amazing Toledo. We will definately plan another visit. Toledo is such a beautiful romantic place!

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable and could have been better. Breakfast was ok, some fresh pastries would have been nice but overall the breakfast was fine.

This place is amazing! The location in front of the old town gate is truly exceptional. I knew it was in the old town, but it was even more central and convenient for our visit. Our room had a very interesting solution - a separate staircase led up, where there was an extra bed for our son. The interior and lighting of the room was really beautiful. This is a hotel that will really be remembered!

The breakfast area was very small and you had to book in advance. If we went there 5 minutes earlier, there was no place for us and we had to wait until the other diners left. The funny system was with cutlery - each person was brought a separate set. There were also private tongs to pick up food. Everyone was confused first how to take food if there are no tongs available. Some raised cheese slices and egg with their hand.

The hotel was lovely the staff very helpful and friendly we had Diana on reception alot and she was lovely .Great location comfortable room lovely view the room was old style but we liked it.A little dark maybe more lighting would be good . The breakfast was very good for €8 ,nice coffee meats cheese a huge selection of breads and pastries and fresh fruit . It's near both bus and train station and a easy walk to the town and all the points if interest .

Really good location, close to everything! Very helpful managers at the reception. They provided parking for the time we needed at really low cost! Great breakfast; many options to choose from!

I didn’t like the quality of the pillows. They were rock-hard. Our family had an uncomfortable night without good pillows. It was lacking a fridge; we had nowhere to put our food. The shower was slightly old and needed a bit of love. Other than those three things we had an amazing stay at Abad Toledo!

Location is good, very close to the escalators that take you up to the main square and attractions. Rooms are small but comfortable for a short stay. Linnen is good and so are bathroom toilleteries. Staff helpfull. Good quality for money spent. Garage available not far away for an extra charge !

TV should be updated and it is essential to install power sockets beside bed!!! A small fridge would be nice too!

The room was comfortable, spacious and offered enough space for me and my 3yo. The bathtub is perfect for kids to have a little play. Breakfast was delicious and offered fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, bread, sweets and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my little one was genuinely welcomed. Perfect Location at the edge the old town and a nice spot to watch the sun set.

The french bed was made of two single beds. Would've preferred one large double bed.

Very organized front desk! Friendly and accommodating staff! Amazing breakfast! The bedroom was spacious and comfortable! Location was perfect! All sites of interest were within walking distance from hotel. Underground parking was appreciated.

Underground parking structure was a bit confusing when it came time to pay. Payment could only be made in two locations. No clear signage visible. Even other motorist were noticeably frustrated. Thankful to helpful locals.

It is rare to find a place that genuinely ticks every box. The rooms were clean and good size, the staff friendly, it was quiet yet also very central. And it was unbelievably good value.

There’s really only one thing to be aware of and that’s the parking. First, to offload there is a little area left of the hotel. This is fine but when we arrived three other vehicles were there and it was difficult. That was just bad timing. Nothing really the hotel could do. The hotel has reserved spaces in a nearby car park. All good but it is quite tight. So it you’re in a larger vehicle be prepared.

It’s in the middle of Toledo, you cannot find a hotel better located. We had a car and the public parking facility was relatively close too. The room was beautiful, designed to combine items from the old building with the full new renovations that they have done amazingly respecting the integrity of the structure. The bathroom is big, confortable and very neat. The breakfast is 10/10

Well located. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room comfortable, well appointed and characterful. It was also amazingly well soundproofed, as it was overlooking the main road into the old town. Safe deposit box appreciated, as we didn't have to take passports etc with us into town. The hotel offers secure underground car parking nearby at extra cost, with short stay parking next to the hotel for dropping off luggage. A reasonable breakfast at extra cost.
