Be careful with paying with the credit in euros at the reception,their bank has a ridiculous exchange rate.I had one price on booking,I ended up paying with 150 euros more than the initial price and they did not even care about it.

Overall, I was pleased with the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.

However, I was disappointed with the food - it was varied but not very tasty. Additionally, the pool only operates from 10am to 6pm, which was inconvenient for me.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel. All staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the lifeguards, entertainment and bar staff. We all loved the food, there is a fantastic selection and it is probably amongst the best all inclusive food I have eaten at a Spanish, family type hotel. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are constantly tidying and cleaning. Covid measures are very strictly in force which gave us peace of mind. Rooms are modern, and recently renovated, I believe and beds are very comfortable. We are now in a different area of Mallorca and the hotel does not compare. This hotel is EXCELLENT value for money and the area (Cala Millor) and the beach are lovely and very family friendly. The entertainment was also very good! Would definitely return.

One minor negative point is that a man (maybe the manager or owner) was shouting at the lifeguard right beside us, about how he was cleaning the sun loungers. He was clearly very embarrassed and we felt uncomfortable and very sorry for the young man :(. it would have been 10/10 if it wasn’t for this. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beach . Not a negative unless you have an injury (like me!) or disability

We felt really like at home and liked the atmosphere of a smaller hotel. There were not that many people also at the pool. Breakfast was very good and they offer wide variety of hot and cold breakfast, veggies and fruits. I really liked the hotel staff - everyone were nice and helpful. I have to mention the lifeguard by the pool, the best I have ever seen and our daughter loved the animation girl Dimi and mini disco at the hotel. The location of hotel also suited us absolutely.

No fresh juice at the breakfast and we went once to the hotel restaurant for dinner which was not included in hotel price. However children over 3 yrs should pay 7 € - our daughter is 3 yrs old but she didnt eat at all so 🙈

Me and my family had a lovely holiday in Millor Sol Hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and tidy. Clean every single day except Sunday. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of different products. The swimming pool is great, big, and very clean. Our kids enjoyed it very much. No problem with pool chairs. Every evening was some entertainment for kids and adults also during the day. Because our flight was late, they let us stay by the pool for a few hours and enjoy a little bit more .

I would say that the air conditioning in our room could be more efficient .

Breakfast was really nice. The cleaning ladies and staff at the bar and breakfast restaurant were also really friendly. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Pool was really nice. Drink prices at the bar were also fair.

The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Staff at reception was ok, but could be nicer/friendlier. They don’t have room service/restaurant. So not possible to get food outside the breakfast/dinner buffets.

We just came back last night from Mallorca. The hotel exceeded all our expectations , given that it's 3*. The food was delicious, never repetitive. We went as a family of 4, had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Enough choices. Clean facilities everywhere. All staff friendly and smiley/ helpful. It's a very good value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune but still have a great experience.

The only downside was the swimming pool floors were very hard on my 2 little daughters' feet / it bled a few times after they were swimming in the little pool- touching the toes to the ground. But the lifeguard was very helpful.

Lovely staff, great pool and loungers, decent food, excellent location and incredible value! Rooms cleaned daily, a good size, nice balcony, plenty of storage space and quiet.

Pool only being open between 10-6 is so unfortunate. Have 2 life guards doing 6 hour shifts 8-8, really not a difficult fix. The pool is your biggest selling point and the Morning/early evening is a great time to swim, keep it open!

It was a very tasty dinner, cleanliness, the administration is friendly and always ready to help.

I was very disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. I have this for the first time. I had to pay more money to rent it. I have been to many places, but even in the cheapest rooms there was always a small refrigerator and it was already included in the price.
