CM Playa del Moro

The hotel is situated in an excellent place right in front of cala millor. The views are amazing. The food during the weekdays was very nice, good variety. Special mention to Jhon, the cook in the grill, who was always welcoming and friendly and prepared some of the best steaks I have tried. Also, special mention to Díana and Alejandro, the waiters in the buffet who were always paying attention of us and our little daughter. We enjoyed also both swimming pools. The snack bar has a limited variety of options for meals at midday but they were a good quality for the price.

We had a couple of problems with the cleaning of the room. Towels that were removed but not replaced and one of the sheets had a small hole in it. The food was very good on weekdays but on weekends you can notice a big difference, the offer is somehow more limited and the food is not that nice. Thus, the few nice options finish fast and are not replaced or it takes a long time. Also, you can see that the outdoor swimming pool on sundays is not as clean as the other days. In general, if you are going for a few days, avoid the weekend.

The separating glass from the balcony was dirty and it was spoiling the view The beds were separate, even though we requested for king/queen beds. It seems that all the hotel has twin rooms. The wait at the elevator can be pretty long, especially at "rush" hour.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff in reception were very helpful and excellent service. Cleaning staff also brilliant, room left lovely each day. Food in the buffet was very good, excellent choices. Location could not be better. Front of the hotel is on the main strip of nice shops and restaurants, back of the hotel is directly on the beach. Overall an excellent stay and very good value for money.

Only 2 things, which were minor, holiday and hotel still excellent. Some confusion at dinner when you find a seat, order drinks and then collect your food to return to waiting staffing moving you somewhere else as someone has claimed that table. Strong drain smell coming from shower, drains just need a good wash through. Still exceptionally clean.

Perfect hotel location close to shops. Restaurants, nightlife and ofcourse the beach Is literally across the road. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable beds. The best thing for us was the high standard of professionalism balanced with a friendly attitude the staff had. Especially Manela, Berta and Alvaro. They exceeded all our expectations! Super helpful even with our lack of knowledge of the local area they showed patience and helped us. Taxi service was also perfect and when you check out you are still a valued guest and can use the pool, spa and luggage storage We will be back again!

Breakfast was average quality

We have opt for dinner with breakfast. It was really awesome ...lot of option for food. Folks are very helpful too, They do have some activities in the late evening. Which is really good ... we really enjoyed that. Just next to beach and nice to have a beach side walking. Just outside, you get normal grocery store to get your food. They do have one of the best facilites like sauna room and heated pool and etc etc,

Language is a bar, if you do not know Spanish or local any other language. ( But not that bad, a few folks talk in English.) Tell about your kids details in booking, or else they will charge you separately.

Amazing view from our room on the edge of the beach from our balcony , exceptionally friendly , caring and attentive staff willing to help with any questions we have. Outstanding selection for breakfast and buffet dinner ,Great welcoming drink . Will definitely be returning

Unfortunately whoever was above us was banging dishes and cutlery every five minutes not sure why or what they was aiming to do.

The location is perfect, food is good, we almost didn’t hear our neighbors, but it is very-very sad, that 4* hotel cannot provide even 1 bottle of water even during check-in just to take pills. You must buy the water in bar or in shops everytime. Also there were no bar in room, so if you want drink (even water), you just have to go outside.

The food, the location, the ambience, the staff, in fact everything was excellent. We enjoyed the our stay, our kids had so much fun, we overeat due to the delicious meals and we had welcome and friendly staff.

Just the elevator situation which often took so long to come. But I guess it was because the hotel was filled too. Maybe a few more elevators or one with a bigger capacity can help alleviate this.

We had a 5 nights stay in CM Playa del Moro in July and it was perfect. Hotel has a perfect location just next to sea so you don’t need to rent a chair or umbrella or worry about your belongings. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious and has a lot of options. Also hotel offers different type of entertainment throughout the week such as dart/table tennis tournaments, BBQs and daily concerts.

Staff - very professional, well managed, friendly, helpful Entertainment - every night the hotel organized a concert (different covers) or some other activity Pool - super clean Good food which wasn´t repetitive :) Location - super close to beach

You should be aware that this hotel is not a party place for young people, just to set your expectation :) Slow elevators - I understand it is something which cannot be fixed/replaces easily, just saying.. :)
