Hotel Palacio Alcázar

The central location cannot be beat. Easy access to everything. Plus, they have a roof top bar that overlooks the Alcazar and El Geraldo tower -- a view that cannot be beat.

The bells, the bells the bells. El Geraldo is apparently a working bell tower with a prodigious and enthusiastic bell ringer, who -- God bless him -- wakes up early. Also, the closest parking lot is 0.4 miles from the hotel.

The location could not have been better for touring the Alcazar or Cathedral. It is literally next door to the Alcázar. Very clean, elevator, reasonable European breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. The beds are comfortable

The room is small but functional with a good shower bathroom. The veranda is small and the view of the plaza is blocked by orange and lime trees. Which is charming in and of itself. Compared to the good things , these are small things. After all, how much time do you spend in your room?

Small hotel but feels very light and airy, elegant minimalist decor, excellent location and friendly and efficient reception. We have stayed many times at the Palacio Alcazar and each time the receptionist remembered us and gave us a warm welcome back. Small things like this make a big impact. The hotel has recently had a facelift and is bright and sparkly clean. The beds have changed and are way more comfortable than before with no awkward projecting wooden surrounds. All in all a delightful hotel, well recommended.

very nice hotel in the old center with a very friendly welcome. on our arrival a basket was ready in the room for our dog to sleep. Cozy roof terrace with bar where breakfast is served with an impressive view of the cathedral. Quite acceptable prices for drinks and for breakfast on the roof terrace. 2.50 euros for a coke is an acceptable price. we visited another roof terrace where people asked 6 euros for a coke. i am very satisfied with this hotel. I was advised to park in Roma parking. I did this in advance, reserved and paid so that we could enter and exit the parking lot with number plate recognition. This was a very good tip from the hotel. So I will definitely come back here.

Location is excellent, minutes to Alcazar & Cathedral & several hundred restaurants & bars. Short walk to river & HOHO Bus stop. Roof top bar is excellent, not expensive (not many options for snacks),

Be prepared to walk the last 200 metres with your luggage on the cobblestones. Lack of cars in the courtyard outside the hotel is more an advantage than a disadvantage. Could not adjust the fan level on air-conditioning, it roared flat out 24/7. (Seville was 42 celsius when we left)

The location was amazing, right in the center of old Sevilla. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very modern and appealing.

The room was slightly smaller than expected. The windows towards outside face other rooms and the inner courtyard. Another small detail is the best pillow has the width of the bed, so it is shared for both people sleeping on it. You can imagine the fights over it. :)

Very good breakfast, good food options, perfect location, the air conditioner worked flawlessly, bathroom very clean. And great service and communication from hotel staff

Everything was good, my only problem that I would like to drink more coffee on the breakfast, but I had to ask the waiter and I did not, because I didn't know if I could hahah. No problems at all, I hope return ASAP but booking more days

arriving by motorcycle or car means you need to part 5mins away and walk to the hotel. I think if arriving by Taxi they can get you within 50 metres of the hotel. we found that the secure parking 5 mins away was full, but as we had a motorcycle, we parked in the motorcycle parking next to the entrance at no cost, saving about €25.00 parking, so not to bad. It’s worth saying that Seville is very busy on the weekends, so better and cheaper, including Hotel to visit in the week, if you can

Excellent location with fabulous roof terrace, as it was my husbands birthday we were given a complimentary drink each. Excellent staff who made check in & out so easy we were welcomed & felt comfortable as soon as we arrived.

Bed was little uncomfortable for us eventhough a good mattress it woukd be far better with some form of topper. Bedroom a little small if staying longer than a couple of nights as limited space to put your cloths

LOVED the location, loved coming back to have a jug of sangria on the roof terrace each evening after walking miles and our long days, and the view from there was so romantic. Absolutely wonderful knowledgeable and helpful staff. Luchia was awesome. We also loved having a tub for a soak before sleep in our comfortable bed. We’d definitely stay again and have already recommended you to our travelling friends.
