Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian de los Reyes, an IHG Hotel

With Holiday Inn express you know what to expect- it’s clean, rooms have good noise insulation, breakfast is good. Location was good- down the road KFC so kids loved it, it was €20 Uber to get to the city centre and €20 to get to the airport. so it’s a good all rounder. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I wish there were 2 double beds instead of a double bed and a fold out sofa (a bit tight for 2 children to sleep on that sofa).

Close to the airport and to the metro line connecting to Madrid center, breakfast was very good but the same everyday

It’s a bit far from the city center but it’s not their fault as it’s an airport hotel, probably the breakfast being the same every day would be the worst if staying more than 2 nights

It starts with a friendly lady at check in and it all was fast and smoothly. Very clean and spacious room with airco. Bathroom spotlessly clean and shower/ shampoo for you to use if you want. We could park the car across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was really good and more than enough choice. Location was great for us because we where driving and had to go further the next morning.

I like the breakfast and the size of the room. The location is good but the access to the A1 motorway in Burgos direction could be better. Charging points for electric cars will be welcomed as well

The confortability of the pillow and, no brush for the toilet which I do not understand why there wasn't and annoyes me a lot.

Spacious and comfortable, beds super comfortable. Bathroom well appointed, plenty of hit water and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities good. Breakfast very nice.

We loved the secure parking for an extra 8 EUR, but s very steep entrance and exit gradient. Scary and our car got scraped underneath.

great location, clean; very friendly and helpful staff. delicious Greek breakfast that included international staples for picky eaters.

beds were pretty uncomfortable and hard. our shower did not close off from the toilet/sink area so when we showered, no matter how careful we were the whole bathroom got wet.

Didn't like the breakfast as it was only beef and pork, no chicken items. However, youggurt, cereals, honey, croissant were there. No jh GB v

Very easy and efficient check-in and check-out. Good choices for breakfast. Decent beds. Fantastic staff (BIG thank you to Julia who helped us when we stayed there on the evening of July 1 and recommended the restaurant where w have the best dinner we have ever had. She was super pleasant and helpful. The hotel was great for a "lay-over". We basically stayed there to break-up a long drive and there is nothing we did not like about the hotel.

The location was very good, to the left 30 minuites walk and comes the metro station, 40 minutes walk to the right and comes a real nice mall.
