UVE Alcobendas

We stay here just for one night in between flights, but everything was beyond perfect! I have never been in a Hotel where employees were so happy, helpful, and kind like here. This was definitely one of the best stays we had since we start traveling with a kid, and for a very affordable price! Location: Super easy to reach from the airport, good location surrounded by all sort of amnesties. We arrived late in the night so we use a taxi from the airport, for a 20 we were there, and in 15 min. Next day to go back to the airport we use the shuttle of the hotel, costing less than the half than a taxi. Helpfulness: they hold post mail for me at no additional cost. They offer us stay until 2pm next day for free so our baby could have his nap on a real bed. They hold our luggage after check out. They lend us a scale to weight the luggage. All details provided proactively (we barely ask for any of this) by different employees and each one of them with a smile on the face... excellent customer service, really! We will be back for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped our room was. The "king" bed was very large and comfortable; in fact it was much wider than our own king bed in the USA. Bathroom had both shower and spa tub. Welcome touches were the bidet, dual wash basins and a magnifying make-up mirror. Other amenities included flexible lighting, extras seating for visitors, and spacious closet with wood hangers.

The gym was small, dark, and ill-equipped with exercise machines that were in dubious condition. It lacked a weight bench and free weights (dumbbells).

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful ready to go an extra miles to support thier guests with a smile. The room was elegant and comfortable. The Internet connection was strong. The shuttle service to the airport is great and the fee is reasonable 9 euro. Going to madrid City center will take around 30-40 min. The nearest metro station is Marqués de la Valdavia (8min) walk. While going and coming back to the hotel you should change the metro at station (tres Olivos). Breakfast was decent. Great value for money.

No ironing facility which is important for short stay guests like us (2days)

There's just something about business hotels in the weekend.. yes, great value for money! Super comfy, good breakfast, came in exhausted, left 12 hours later, totally recharged! Al amenities available at the reception

To be fair, going there was a bit of a puzzle, so here goes: If you come in from Barajas, first end up in T4, there is a free (very frequent) bus from T1,2,3. At Terminal 4, stay at that same bus stop , take bus 827 (every 30 minutrs, daytime, evwry hour, evenings and weekends) to Alcobendas. Attention: cash only, eur2. *Do NOT go to the bus station at T4!! That station is for long haul routes

Good sized rooms and toilets, all just done up, very smart. Actual smart TV in rooms. Good breakfast. Handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, too. Free parking on site, which is a luxury in Spain (both the parking space and that it's free). Hotel is very clean. Location wise, personally, I think this is a great overnight option from/to the airport (10 mins drive or by bus). It's not the location I would choose if I wanted to hang out in Madrid.

very clean, modern, safe hotel. Very smooth check-in process. Large room, bed was comfortable, great shower and bathroom. Plenty of outlets. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable shuttle to the airport only 9Euros.

I thought we would be closer to Madrid city center - it was a 30 minute uber ride which was costly. But thats my fault for not knowing my way around - it was our first visit to Madrid. It was only about 10 minutes to the airport.

Large rooms, very good breakfast, free parking and and very big beds. Surely value for money hotel.

Except from the receptionists no one else speaks English, which made things a little difficult for us for example if we wanted something in breakfast. Although breakfast is very good you better order coffee from the bar (with extra payment) than use the automatic machine in breakfast room...

To be honest, the review for this hotel would be fantastic even if it was not as cheap as it is compared to other options, but on top of being an excellent hotel, the price is very good. The room was of a good size, super clean and very quiet. The bed was also big for the 3 of us (my wife, my 2 year old son and myself). Breakfast, dinner, etc...all was excellent. Seriously, we found no negatives in this place. Highly recommended and if I come back to Alcobendas I will be back to this hotel.

Nice hotel, newly renovated. Very good for one night stay. Comfortable shower. The bed we liked very much- it was huge and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Rooms a little bit small. The place, far from everywhere. We took this hotel, thought it is not far from airport. But it was far enough, taxi price was the same as to madrid centre. So its not the option to live "near" airport.

This was the second time we stayed here and everything went perfectly well. We stayed in room 334 and it was super quiet and comfy. The first night we notice that the pillows were a little hard and we asked for softer pillows. 5 minutes later they were knocking at our door with two soft pillows, which made us very happy. The staff is very attentive and nice.
