Overall the property is very beautiful. The hotel is very well designed. The outside area is also stunning, shout-out to the gardener who is doing a great job! The pool area is very clean and comfortable. The service girls from the morning shift at breakfast are super sweet.
The welcome at the hotel was pretty unwelcoming. No sweet small talk at the beginning, just a quick tour inside the hotel while we had our heavy luggage in our hands. But, no information about the history or anything. I assume you usually have fruits in the room when you arrive. We did have the cutlery and an empty plate but no fruits. The bathroom wasn't that clean (hair in the sink and on the toilet, ... ). The breakfast buffet is very basic, nothing special. In general, the hotel seems to be more for people 50+, and probably the concept and service are more oriented to them as we in our end 20s did not feel welcomed and fetched.
