Outside terrace to sit, and have drinks. good food, animation team were very good. staff good.

Rooms were a bit dark, music in the afternoon was to loud. Sitting in the Lobby was very poor. more arm chairs needed to replace awful sofa's which were a Waste of space.

The food was very good, as was the standard and range of the drinks included. A huge effort to keep the hotel clean and everyone safe from potential germs etc was very apparent.

I wish I had known before I booked that is was an entirely non-smoking hotel, including all outside areas and balconies. My mother smokes so if I had known she would have to go outside to the front of the hotel by the street and smoke for the duration of the holiday I would not have booked here. I appreciate it was a family hotel but I thought the children’s ‘entertainment’ every night at 8pm was far too intrusive and loud. If you unknowingly booked your dinner for 8pm and wanted to enjoy it on the terrace then you can forget it unless you want to watch someone dressed as a fish singing songs and dancing with kids. It’s too loud to even talk to one another. There is a hotel cat in the lounge area so just be aware if you are allergic or scared of cats!

The rooms are amazing. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The food was delicious. Lots of choice. The pre-made cocktails were nice on the first night but then not as nice other nights. Overall amazing value for money. Great pools. The entertainment was brilliant and the animation team work very hard. I would return and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice clean hotel. Located in a great area. A 5 min walk to a beach front promenade. You can take steps to the beach which is hard work, or keep walking and after about 20 min you can get a lift to another level, walk again through some shops and you will get another lift right to the beach. Beautiful area.

Staff were a little hit and miss, most were very polite but the pool bar man seemed a little grumpy. And none were over friendly, usually you get a few staff who are very upbeat and friendly and make the holiday extra special, I didn't feel that warmth from this hotel.

Great facilities, many snaking points. Fine food options especially for meat eaters. Lovely staff.

I'd suggest to add a couple more dishes for non-meat eaters. As a vegetarian, I would like to see more options. Second, the tiny gym area is too basic. 4 kg dumbbells, seriously? That's good for grandma. But not for guys, you don't need too much room to make it more functional. Lastly, we think the animation was questionable. The lead person were making people from the crowd feel uncomfortable. I only enjoyed 1 of 6 nights with them, trying to avoid the rest as it wasn't for us. Maybe their program for kids was better, I can't say.

Breakfast was very good, wide selection, and fresh fruit. Location so close to the beach, with basic super markets nearby. Meals included made logistics easier and the trip more economical.

The coffee could have been stronger at breakfast and a better-tasting soy milk and oat milk option would have been very appreciated. I would also recommend more vegetarian protein options. Higher pressure in bathroom sink. Maybe some signs to remind guests not to scream in general bit particularly at night. It was a bit wild, but that reflected more on the profile of hotel guests and not necessarily the hotel, but since there were several incidents, maybe the hotel would like to deter that sort of behavior, otherwise, it can affect the reputation and drive away other types of clientele.

Hotel is close to the beach, shops and about a 10 min walk to Maspalomas. The 66 and 90 bus stops just round the corner so that was a great cheaper option (3 euros each) instead of a taxi from the airport. The hotel was clean and beds were comfy. Food was okay. I did struggle as a vegetarian slightly but with a bit of common sense I didnt go hungry. Staff were all very friendly, overall a really lovely stay.

Food could have been labelled a bit better if I am really nit picking for something negative but this still wasn't that big of a problem.

Hotel was spotless, modern, fabulous choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was lovely. Also we could get tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc at any time during the day.

People putting towels on sun loungers from early morning and then not using them.

it was a lovely hotel in a nice location. Ideal if you want to be in a less touristy place than the heart of Playa Del Ingles. The food was ok but not always hot enough for our liking. That said the staff always made sure there was all choices available for the day. The room was lovely with a great sea view. Room was very clean with all necessary facilities.

The entertainment was outside and sadly the evenings in February were very cold this year. This meant we did not wish to sit outside. During the day the pool layout was not to our liking and limited number of sun beds which were quite uncomfortable to lie on.

We enjoyed the entertainment and food. The shows were entertaining, and the kids enjoyed the arcade. I liked the proximity to the sandy beach, which was not crowded. The little cove made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The hotel was also close to the bus stop, taxi stand, and pick-up location for excursions.

The wi-fi didn't reach the rooms. The room was a little cramped with the trundle pulled out and the pop-up tent. I had to put the tent on the deck during the evenings. The hot tub was cold.
