The hotel is very clean, staff extremely polite and helpful. nice view from the balcony. Heated pool

Wifi basicly doesn t work. I read in previous reviews about it but it looks like hotel does not do anything with that. Premium paid wifi not good as well. Long time waiting for the lifts so most of the time used stairs.

Considering the size of the hotel they managed to provide a huge delicious breakfast. The swimming pools surrounded with palm trees, coupled with a heated and an unheated outdoor pools, were very relaxing and spotless. Great transport links to other parts of the Island.

We didn’t like waiting for a lift and the pillows were not the same standard/quality as the beds. Also Playa del Ingles could do with a big injection of money to renovate the derelict shopping centres surrounding the hotel.

Room - Had a corner room on the 7th Floor. The view was exceptional. Large double bed. Very comfy. Shower had plenty of hot water. Room made up every day. 2 sun beds on the terrace so you could get some early rays Food: Good standard of All Inclusive. Plenty of choice. Wait for dishes to be refilled to be sure of hot food as sometimes food wouln't be as hot as expected. Complex: Beautiful. Always sunbeds available. Plenty stacked to the side. Entertainment: Singers were good. Personally, I'm not so keen on the dancers but i'm sure they are very good at what they do - just not my cup of tea.

Sometimes bar staff would serve spanish speaking guests ahead of AI guests. A little frustrating. Would have liked the option of a microwave in the dining room. Beans at breakfast were cold more often than not!

We arrived at the hotel after 20.00. The check-in was really quick and simple. We got a room at the 5th floor with amazing view of the ocean in the back. We had jut the breakfast included, which was great and you can get everything you want. The hours are between 7.30 and 10.30. The Animation crew was so funny and cheerful especially Lucia, Aura and Fausto and the instructor Alfredo explain everything in at least 3 languages: Spanish, English and German. Every day are different activities. The rooms are cleaned daily and you don't need anything to complain about.

The hotel helped arrange airport transfer for us. This took the hassle out of having to do it ourselves and or finding a taxi. We got a taxi back and the price difference was about €2 so worth doing it. Upon arrival we were very happy with how the hotel looked and the reception staff. Our rooms were not ready but we were free to use the restaurant as it was lunch time (All inclusive) while we waited. The rooms were big, clean and cool. The aircon, although it doesn't blow on a high speed is sufficient. We often found ourselves a bit cold at night which is what we like in a warm country. There was very little rush for beds in the morning but if you do want a nice spot it's worth getting up between 7-8am but not like other hotels I've been at there was no rush. The pool and area and the hotel are kept very clean. There was a variation of drinks and food to eat but staples of fish and chicken were always available at lunch and dinner. Yumbo Centre is a 10min walk as is the beach. If you want to get a bus to Puerto Rico, Mogan, the airport or Las Palmas, the bus stops are right out side the hotel which is great.

The evening entertainment was great on some nights and others it was okay. We often stayed for the evening shows and went out after. Don't let this put you off but there are a number of flies in the restaurant area around the dessert, fruit and bread roll station. Everyone is aware but not really concerned like guests.

Hotel was very clean and always had a fresh smell. Staff at reception were lovely and the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Room service enter the room even if you have the Do not disturb sign on door. This happened us a few times throughout our stay and we felt as though we needed to leave the room early in the morning as we were being rushed out.

Very good hotel with efficient and professional staff. The hotel was spotless in all the communal areas and the rooms and this was down to all the staff who I seen always cleaning up as they went along doing their jobs. lifeguards were attentive and very professional in keeping order around the pool. Would definitely return to this hotel and having stayed here would definitely like to try other princess hotels in other areas.

people saving loungers around the pool in the mornings would need to be stopped or better managed. Better information around the hotel or certainly in the bars of what was included in all inclusive offerings. Drink menus at the bars would be good too. A few more items on the vegan menus would be good as well as a vegan table at the buffet.

Amazing hotel! It was our first time staying in a hotel like this and we loved it. The receptionists and the cleaning ladies were super nice! The building is super big and it has a nice view from the balconies. The pool area was super nice too and they give you towels. Every evening they have mini shows where you can buy drinks from the bar( super cheap) and enjoy your night. The breakfast was amazing and with quantity! Our room was super clean and big and they cleaned it every day. The bathroom was big and nicely decorated and the mattress from the bed was super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend it 100%

We didn't like that costumers put their towels early in the morning and we couldn't find a place to sit. There is a parking lot but is small for so many costumers. And we booked a room with one double bed and they gave us two beds. Overall we didn't mind it at all haha! We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect!

We have a five-day stayed in this hotel. I added the breakfast in these days. The breakfast has varities of food and drinks and the time lasts till 10:30am. In addition, the extra condition includes swimming pool, wellness pool and fittness room. I wish the wellness pool can open till night time since we are out at the daytime and cannot enjoy the hotel equipments. It was a pity that we only had one time staying longer after breakfast before we went out. The room service is also great. The cleaning lady comes everyday and change the bedsheet. So far, the experiences of staying in this hotel is wonderful. The bus station is just less 50 meters outside of the hotel. It is very convinent to take the bus to airport by 30 mins and go to north part of Gran Canaria island for an hour.

The shower head is not function so well. We requested to change another room next day because of shower head and nosie machine near the balcony. The service was great and solved the problem quickly.

Lovely pool and leisure facilities. All inclusive main restaurant had amazing food. Location is great for our needs. We could walk to beach or town but we would be on motorway in minutes when we did our day trips.

Beds. We are young married couple and our double bed was 2single beds put close together but not connected in any way. And as there are hard floors in room they would separate and there would be a hole in the middle from something as simple as twisting and turning in your sleep.
