Hotel Agua Beach

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The pool was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. Staff at the breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and modern and cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had booked a sea view room which we got bit it wasn't the room in the picture.. Our room was o n the second floor and I imagine the picture was taken from a room on the 5th floor!!!! Obviously the weather was extremely hot and we had brought an ice cold litre of water to the poolside. One member of staff in particular was very rude and told us on two occasions not to bring in any drinks from outside the hotel. It was his attitude that annoyed us. We looked around and other people had bottles of water but he didn't approach them. It is the first time that I have ever stayed in a hotel that you can't bring your own water to hydrate especially in soaring temperatures.ans the fact that we had paid nearly €1000 for our 4 night stay.

I am writing on behalf of my parents who stayed here for 6 nights. I requested a quiet room and paid extra for the sea view room. They were on the 5th floor and got a room with a beautiful view. My parents are in their 70's so I was a little nervous as they hadn't been away since before Covid. They loved the balcony and were able to sit out and look at the sea. They couldn't speak more highly of the staff in your hotel. Thank you for being so nice to them. They enjoyed Breakfast/Dinner in this hotel and ate out most days for lunch. They will back sometime in the future again :)

Superb location very central for restaurants. Supermarket and the stadium bar across the road which had great tribute acts every night Perfect for ladies trip

The pool wasn’t a great size considering the size of the hotel . It would be great if there was a small plunge pool on the rooftop terrace The hottubs were cold and needed cleaned

brilliant location, everything on your door step and opposite at lovely beach

we stayed in the block that is not attached to the main hotel. it’s not easy to get to and a lot of walking, especially when the main door on the street in locked in the evening

Nice, clean and fairly modern. Great sea view Excellent staff, very friendly and attentive. Complimentary wine delivered to room. Particularly strong food and beverage staff. The lady at breakfast and dinner is very polite and works incredibly hard, as do the bar staff. Solid food, good and varied choice at breakfast/ dinner. Worth paying extra for if reasonable although does become a bit repetitive. Excellent noise cancellation between rooms, couldn’t hear any other guests.

The AC is controlled hotel wide, so not possible to get your room extra cold/hot. Although I told the staff about this and it did get cooler. Could have provided more information at check-in (ie local knowledge) The lift is small, so can be a small wait during busy times of the day. Seems to be operating in a limited capacity (presumably due to covid) and seems a little quiet/ under staffed. Would benefit from a proper bar/restaurant and bringing in more foot traffic to create a buzz. It has a great space at the front - needs a proper sign / some form of menu del dia offering.

The location is great. Beach across the road shops bars and lots of restaurants all close by. The restaurant staff very friendly and helpfull both morning and evening..breakfast was good and evening dinner was good. The beds are comfy.we had top floor room with sea views. Very nice.

Think bath towels very small. The lift doors inside could do with a good cleaning.

the cleanness of the rooms are excellent. Tea making facilities which I love. The staff are so approachable and friendly and will help with anything you ask. Breakfast has load of choice that you come out of the restaurant very full. swimming pool and sun beds a plenty and last but not lease is the location. cross the road and you are on the beach. I have been to this hotel 5 times in the last year. my go to hotel every time.

There was nothing I disliked at all in this hotel.

Perfect 4-star hotel. Right on the beach, quiet and well organized place for guests 16 years and up. The breakfast buffet (included) was absolutely amazing, great dunner buffet for a very reasonable price. We would like to say thank you to all the hotel personnel, you are great! I highly recommend this hotel. We loved Palmanova, it is 30 min by bus to the Palma City, very convenient.

location is great, 2 mins from the beach and I liked the sea and mountains view from our balcony.staff was nice and helpful.

it was overall a great experience, my only issue was with the bed, it was not as comfortable for me, I got back pain ( but not everyone is that sensitive for this) and wifi didn’t really worked in our room. the rooms very great but It felt more like 3* than 4*

The best thing about this hotel it's the location. Situated opposite the beach and in the centre of Palmanova you have all kind of restaurants a few steps away.Also there are a few supermarkets nearby.The staff is friendly and the room is a fair size. Bathroom also a good size with a big shower,a large countertop but sadly a small and awkward sink. Our room was at the 5th floor(last one) and the one issue was the aircon- not very strong -and with the sun beating down the entire day you had to leave it running all day to have a decent temperature in the room.Breakfast is ok- mainly based on the english breakfast-so a lot of fried things.The good part is they offer fresh fruit every day but it could do with some fresh veggies as well- tomatoes,olives,cucumbers-anything

the coffee.Also you have to pay extra to use the safe in the room....pretty weird for a 4star hotel. Wifi was a bit weak at the last floor to the point that if you went out on the balcony you had no signal
