The room was a decent size, very clean, good shower, nice balcony with a drying rack. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach but away from the noise. Food is good, staff is friendly, big pool and a separate shallow pool for kids. Indoor or outdoor dining area. Entertainment was there but we didn't participate so can't comment on that.

2 tiny elevators for a big family hotel with many elderly people and families with strollers. Walls are thin, I heard our neighbor snoring. I'd prefer a kettle in my room as I need to wash bottles for a baby but I knew it wasn't there.

Food was excellent as was the VIP area. Service superb. Pool area spacious and clean. I had late checkout and was given a beautiful room for the day at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

I was with my daughter and although I'm 75, I am very fit and active. We were allocated a disabled room and don't know why. There was no door on the wardrobe, bathroom adjustments, making it more accessible for disabled, but it didn't suit us.

Everything. we have used the late checking out option and we’re really happy with it. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the facilities clean. We have stayed for B&B option and couldn’t be happier, even if we are dairy, sugar free vegetarians, we have had a lot of options for the great breakfast. If you are using the pool, the water is free of charge for everyone and the really nice addition was the apples and orange/ lemon water next to the reception. We would happily stay here again and recommend this place.

Soundproofing, banging can be heard between 1pm and 3pm when the cleaners are cleaning, beds are being moved and doors are banging, during the afternoon break, when kids are sleeping.

Good location to beaches restaurants and shopping. Clean and well maintained hotel. Good breakfast selection.

Terribly soft pillows and mattress is functional. Walls between rooms are incredibly thin - you can hear everything.

I took the AI. Food was good. Staff nice and helpful. Managed to change the room due to a noisy neighbour within minutes. Internet connection was fine. 0.5 MB download. Drinks were ok. Cleanliness everywhere. Animators were nice and funny. All in all, 10/10.

There was no omelette at breakfast. No hand-wash liquid in the bathroom. Sometimes the two elevators are not enough.

Excellent food and drink options. Rooms were cleaned daily and entertainment staff were enthusiastic. Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Location is brilliant, 2 mins from the beach and 5 min taxi / 30 min walk into magaluf

The staff were very friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, huge selection at breakfast and the poolside area was great too. At the poolside there were games that customers from the hotel could get involved in if they liked. Was a lot of fun.

There wasn't much not to like. I had booked the hotel as an all inclusive for 2 nights buy had to re-book for only 1 night as my flight had been cancelled and I couldn't fly out until the following morning. What disappointed me is that they couldn't provide me with a 1 day all inclusive. That was my only negative.
