Sercotel Amistad Murcia

Great breakfast, lots of options of fruit juices and things to eat. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good size bathroom with room to put our own stuff; good pressure shower with constant temperature. The location was excellent to explore the town on foot. We took a taxi from the railway station to the hotel, as it was in the other side of river, not near the hotel. Having El Corte Ingles Department Store next to the hotel was a bonus.

The room was a bit warm for us. We tried to put the temperature down but it did not work. It was possible to open the window, so we did that and the room cooled down. The restaurant starts serving dinner at 8pm and this is too late for Northern Europeans who usually like to have dinner between 5 and 6:30pm. It would be good to be able to eat earlier in the hotel restaurant.

Good central location with parking on site. Easy walking distance to everything, El Corte Ingles next to hotel. Rooms were good size. Everything was spotlessly clean.

We had to change rooms due to noise from work being carried out on floor above, I don’t think we should have been given that room knowing how loud it was but reception did change the room. Breakfast although on till 11am by 10.30am the hot foods were not replenished despite being asked by ourselves and many other guests, we waited but gave up when it didn’t come.

The room was well appointed and clean. The central location was good, close to the Shopping Centre, and a short taxi ride to the Plaza de Toros which was our reason for being the city. Underground parking on site was much appreciated.

The breakfast experience was poor. The cold cheese and ham selection was mostly used up and there was no eggs and bacon on offer. Eggs and bacon were finally brought directly to our table, but only after a wait of approximately 15 minutes.

The hotel was located in a very good area, the staff were very nice and friendly.

The beds were very hard and the blankets were made out of wool that felt heavy and itchy. The parking was 23 Euros per night (supper expansive) which is a third of the whole price per night, we realized outside there are many free parking spaces on the street.

The location is perfect for exploring Murcia city centre, close to shops and walking distance to the historic centre. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and the room was lovely and clean.

I can't think of much to be improved to be honest.

there was a lot of street noise on Sunday night with people partying across the street, which kept me awake- I had to keep the window open to keep the room cool. Monday night was much quieter.

Well located, a little walk to the city centre, and near the tram station. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the park behind. Breakfast was ok, standard buffet for a hotel of this type

The staff was a little cold, and not very elaborate in answering questions. The wifi was a little slow but enough to get some get work done.

Rooms clean, staff lovely and a good location.

Rooms a little dated with no tea or coffee making facility, or even a complimentary water. These are things that generally come as standard in a 4* hotel. We also found the room temperature a little hard to regulate.

a very good 4-star hotel in the centre of the town. Very attentive personnel, always wishing to help. Big and diversified breakfast.

Noise from the outside, it seems that Spanish never sleep.

This hotel is in a great location, even though you're right in city its is lovely and quite, staff are excellent and there is parking below.

The breakfast should give you two options, full breakfast or continental, so you have two price options
