Breakfast and Evening food excellent...great choice, nicely prepared, good presentation, extensive choice. Pool delightful, environment superb with beautiful "easy listening" music, and great Aqua Gym, Room and Terrance superb, (Pity no shade or umbrella(s)). Bed-Room and bathroom fine. Overall, hotel was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is somewhat isolated at the end on Mojacar and could enhance guests experience with a shuttle 5 or 6 time daily to centre of Mojacar. There were two saunas and a steam room in the Spa area, but only one sauna working, but no timer and no hands on the main clock. The charge just to have a sauna of €15 was a bit steep although it also includes the spa pools...but very inflexible negotiation policy. NIght-time entertainment not great. No information or leaflets or activities suggestions or lists of restaurants etc at reception which would have been useful and helpful.

Everything! Staff, food, room, pool - love 🥰 the spa is well worth a visit. Very handy for unprepared Brits that all staff speak English (we will do better next time) and we can’t wait to return in the future. A bus runs every half hour from Mojacar until midnight and stops at the bottom of the road to the hotel. We had a car for day trips and loved exploring the local area. Had a great time playing games with the other guests 🕺🏻

Being able to cast from phone to the tv, or use any of the smart tv apps, would have been amazing - but we were out and about most nights so did not mind

Excellent value for money: incredible rich breakfast and dinner, silent place, no kids, nice and flexible staff, no competition for chairs at the pool even in August. A great solution for travellers by car (the closest village is at a 20’ walk) with free outside parking and a paying underground one. 2 EV chargers available (app and registration with Efimob required, normal cost).

Nothing negative to signal. If I may suggest any improvement, would be more EV charging points and better advertising their availability, to encourage hesitant EV travellers from north Europe (as I was).

The room was fine but we had a very disturbed sleep on the first night by continuous noise from the roof area. We were on the top floor and we presume the noise was from ventilation from the kitchen that was underneath us on the ground floor. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice but dinners were a disaster as everything that should have been hot was not and the bain marie's are not enough to keep food hot. Vegetables were way over cooked and tasteless, or nearly raw. Not good. Loads of choice but nothing outstanding. We did tell the person on the desk in the restaurant and he was surprised by our comment. All the staff at the hotel work extremely hard and we loved talking to the lovely reception ladies, particularly Olga.

Just the noise from the roof, which wasn't as bad the second night but the hotel was virtually empty by then as most people seemed to come just for the Saturday and the nightlife in Mojacar, which thankfully, this hotel is far from.

only 1 bottle of water in room when you arrive, regardless of length of stay. you need to get bus or taxi into town as hotel on outskirts, ask for the correct bus stop! maybe a few more sun loungers round pool, says no reserve but not monitored! loads of beds with towels without bodies for hours. if using Spa (not treatment) in the hotel you have to pay €15 a day

Food was delicious, lots of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can recommend the white wine. All the staff were very attentive and happy to serve you. We were all inclusive so there was just about enough choices on the drinks list. Plenty of comfortable Sun beds around the pool.

Disappointed that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing and quite small, in the summer it must be hard to have a swim. Swimming pool did not open until 11am and it closed at 7pm

We have stayed in Mojacar, many times , in different types of accommodation, budget to high including the Parador, but this had exceeded our expectations in every way, the hotel, facilities, comfort, food , room and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. What I loved most was the lovely aroma that greets you on entrance, the greetings of staff and the ambiance. Will certainly return many times. Do they have a loyalty bonus scheme??? Thank you.

Nothing really, the only comment, I would make was that there was plenty of everything EXCEPT, if you needed another cup at breakfast for tea and coffee, ( for whatever reason) there were none available except on other tables already set. That obviously meant that cups were needed. 🤔There was a surplus of everything, various plates, glasses, soup or cereal bowls, but no extra cups, which to me was obviously needed.

Great location, views of the beach, walking distance to Garrucha and easy drive to Mojacar old town and beach front restaurants. Outdoor facilities were lovely- pool, terrace and garden

Dining room for meals was large and bland- would have been nice to have eaten meals enjoying the views. Spa was also fairly basic, changing rooms v ordinary with no toiletries, or comfortable touches. Ideal venue for a cycling holiday with a bunch of mates.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s definitely the best hotel in the Mojacar area, hands down. The staff are wonderful, kind and attentive, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and I’ve just never had a bad stay here. I usually get the breakfast included which is always fantastic with so much choice, and I like the convenience of sitting out the back and ordering food/drink pretty much any time. Will always choose this hotel whenever I come to this area, it’s a no-brainer and the location is fantastic.

Only little things, but the outdoor swimming pool was freezing cold every day and my keycard kept not working, but the front desk staff were always kind enough to get it sorted for me whenever it happened. I did get woken up very early some mornings by people leaving their rooms on the same floor and their doors slamming so loudly that it woke me up, but obviously that’s not something that can really be helped.

Another stay for us in the fabulous ALEGRIA Palacio. The rooms are spotless and the bed really comfortable. The buffet style meals serve a great variety of tasty food beautifully presented. We like the ability to ‘pay as we go for meals’ as we are not used to a lot of food every day. The price of dinners here just can be beaten elsewhere! 😋
