Nova Roma

The location was great for sightseeing, souvenir shopping and dining. The hotel was clean and conveyed a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was quiet so we had no problems sleeping. The staff were courteous and friendly.

While the location was great as noted, the hotel is, like most of Mérida, located on the side of a hill. It's not a fault of the hotel, but future guests should be aware of this and set their visit expectations accordingly. Unless one uses taxis to get around the town no matter where one stays there will be multiple hills to climb. In the end the efforts will be worth the work.

Location excellent , clean rooms. Receptionist made the time to mark up a map so we would know where to go around the town and where some good food was located. Parking is very handy!

Paying extra for parking (but that’s just Spain I guess) and garage was very, very tight for a big car, by the time we arrived all the easy spots had been taken.

It is perfectly located, the rooms are big and comfortable. Everything is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Even though they speak little English they go out of their way to assist you. The parking is within the premises.

The shower heads are dated and almost useless - especially if you have long hair. The beds are a little too hard.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Roman Theatre and Museum. I would stay there again.

The foyer was a little dark which made it uninviting but everything else was fine.

This hotel was the best overnight stop we have had on this holiday. It was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It offers garage parking which is essential when you are carrying visible luggage. It was also the cheapest 1 night stop.

Car parking (although not included in the price), air-conditioning in the room, every tourist attraction was on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful

Good location, the room and the bathroom are nice. there is a private parking, which is good.

the cleaning of the room and bathroom can improve a bit(found hairs of the last guests on the floor). the Wifi in the room we stayed is not good. the breakfast could have more variety of itens. the parking is expensive.

Very centric and very amicable people in reception.

Traveled with my mom and bath tub didn’t have anything she could hold to.

Having stayed there before we knew how good it is and we were not disappointed on this occasion.

Liked it all. No complaints of any sort.

Very good location. Comfortable and with everything we needed. Secure motorcycle parking. Very good, ample breakfast with excellent coffee.
