Hotel La Posada Regia

great location, center of old town.

Hotel situated in the Lovely old town. We stayed two nights however the customers who stayed this hotel, came back very late ( 1 am -4 am) and they spoke laud voice in the hall way, so easily can hear their conversation and disturbing our sleep. Even they had great time for drinking or so, it is still hotel, not their own home. I reported this issue, the hotel stuff respond was nothing they can do. I need to quiet during sleeping hours, I would not come back this hotel.

Beautiful, atmospheric building, like stepping into the past - in a good way! The staff were always helpful and polite. We were vey satisfied with the comfort of the room. The location was brilliant, quiet enough but so close to Leon's best bits!

The breakfasts were enjoyable as they had quality ingredients and the breakfast room itself was great. However, the range of food was slightly limited and, crucially I think, it was the same on all four mornings.

Refurbishment was good, modern style, clean and well laid out. That's real comfortable, Linens, and a fabulous location in the center of Old Town.

The check-in process was difficult because it was a different location. That was so surprised when we arrived, not explained in advance. We were able to store luggage at that other location, but it was not brought to us. In fact we had to find the person, who is not in the small office, have the we could retrieve the luggage and then bring it through the streets by ourselves. This is unusual, but this day was still very enjoyable.

The location of La Posada Regia is excellent: right in the centre of town. We particularly liked the historic ambiance of the building and rooms, which are fitted out with antique furniture and as far as I could gather, each room is different. Our bathroom was large and had a wonderfully big bath, which was a welcome treat after 2 weeks walking the Camino. Our stay at the hotel made a memorable end to our walk. Thankyou.

Perfect location right in the middle of León, with a parking lot a 2-minute walk away. Clean room, extremely spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub. Beautiful interior, you can tell that it is in a historical building and they've maintained its character really well. Very basic breakfast (everyone gets a set tray of pastries and foods, probably since Covid) but of extremely good quality.

The extra bed was essentially a camping bed, extremely uncomfortable.

Perfect location near the Catedral and Barrio Humido. Lovely building. Room was big and had character. Restaurant serves great food. Good value for money. Noisy outside at night sometimes because of where it is in the centre, but that is to be expected. Very good place to stay in Leon.

Big room and great bathroom. Good location for Camino.

Room window opened up to courtyard with restaurant. Expected noise til 10pm. Had that but then arguing and banging stuff went on from 11-12:30. Silence until more arguing and banging at 3am and again at 5:30pm. Too stuffy to keep window closed.

the rooms need better soundproofing as all the floors creaked and walls thin not easy to drive to hotel through pedestrian area to drop off luggage and get parking token.

What luck to choose this place to stay in the heart of the restaurant and bar area and close to the cathedral. Best of all the superb restaurant selling local specialities which is attached. I couldn't have stayed in a better place. Gracias

Lovely old hotel, so close to the Cathedral . This was our third time staying here while on the Camino. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. I just booked again for our 2024 Camino. Ten out of ten
