brakfast buffet would be nice. but really good cafes in the town

My family and I had the most amazing time at Fonda Europa, we arrived on a very late check-in, past midnight, and the gentleman that I forgot the name that welcomed us was extremely friendly! On our check-out the gentleman that assisted us was also amazing, went extra mile to help us with a few personal requests! This hotel is the best! We left the hotel in love with the community! The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, from the vibe to the most delicious foods and drinks, Toni is the person to ask for when comes to the restaurant! What an amazing waiter! Beautiful little town! So worthy to stay! Safe place, 10min walk from the public transport! Thank you Fonda Europa team, you guys are the best!

Everything was amazing!

Everything, beautiful building in cenral location, all amenities close to hotel, the food and service in the bar and restaurant were exceptional, we look forwad to returning. Professional staff at every level.

No English language TV channells, Wi-Fi was very good though.

Everything in general was perfect. I used to live there so I was sure the stay was going to be great. Food is also very good and tasty. Staff very and nice and very helpful helping my sister and her 6 mo kid. Just a small problem with the hot&cold water in the shower that was quickly solved. Perfect stay!! Since we're going to visit the family, we'll very likely to be back ;)

The guy in the reception on Thursday evening... I don't even get what was the problem with him getting the water bottles. I told him there weren''t any left and he was telling me to set up a trip throughout the whole building to find one so he could keep doing nothing behind the bar talking to his colleague. As a Travel Designer I have been travelling with groups around the world for many years and having stayed in multiple hotels in many countries, this kind of service is unacceptable.

- The design of the hotel and room was amazing. - The conditions of the room were on point. - The staff who checked me in was professional and gave me all relevant information. - The hotel has a great restaurant. - The hotel was located in near many stores.

- Some people were making noise late into the night. This happened in the area in front of my room. And I could hear them better than I'd like to, but I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.

Very spacious room and a big bed! Kind of colonial style Great? Great bathroom with walk in shower. Short walk to all the squares/streets of Granollers. Helpful staff - the guy on reception walked up the road to indicate the car park entrance. There is a discounted rate of €10 (motorbike - unsure if this is the same for a car?) for overnight parking. We bought a bottle of house white for €9.80 and an ice bucket was immediately prepared for us to take up to our room. Our rate was €65 - a good price, then add the €10 parking. Could've left the bike out in the open but nowhere for cars so you need to use the car parks.

Obviously prefer free on site parking but just not possible if you want to be in the heart of this lovely old town!

Really basic breakfast, only a hot sandwich, croissant, a small orange juice and a small coffee. Maybe Spaniards eat like this, but not people from the North. It's loud at night, due to not properly sealed windows, but I understand this as the hotel is really old. There's no parking lot and the receptionist did not ask for how long I have left my car at the parking at the first day, and gave me a ticked only for 12h, instead of 24h (I did not know there are different cards at the hotel, parking valet gave me this info). There was no information from the hotel where to park the car prior the visit. It would be nice to receive Google maps location and all the data about parking before the visit.

Great room and the bathtub! It was huge! I really enjoyed the interiors, space in the room and close distance to everything. Restaurant looks nice, but I recommend eating at Vinyam. At least I'm not a fan of the hotel's paella.

Staff were so friendly as were the Catalan people. Very central location, right next to a fantastic bakery. Only 10min walk from the train station which takes you into Barcelona in 30mins or so.

Noise at the weekend from a bar behind the hotel however with the doors shut you can’t hear it and the air con was fantastic.

This hotel has a classical character. The upper floors have very wide hallways, with ondulating wooden walls and you feel like you are in a movie with Audrey Hepburn. The rooms are enormous with marble floors. Ample bathroom has rain shower, and the same wooden furniture that goes back to the early 20th century The grounsfloor houses a small cosy reception where lovey people helped me with the discount for the parkinf next to the hotel The restaurant has a traditional catalan menu, the quality is quite high standard. We tried cannelones, clamps, different types of veal and loved it all. The waiters give quite a show when serving breakfast, shouting the orders it is amazing how they handle it all. At some tables you will find locals digesting plates and even early in the morning sipping cavas or red wines. They savour life that's clear

There used to be a buffet for breakfast. Not any more now, apparently due to Covid 19 The standard breakfast included is good, with fresh fruits, warm sandwich (bocadillo) and pasteleria.

The room was big, spacious, comfortable and clean! Lots of windows, all with a small balcony and good/comfortable indoor lighting. The bathroom was good too. The restaurant of the hotel was AMAZING (the desserts were incredible)- great price/quality balance. The staff was friendly and helpful.
