terrible incident with towels. At the reception I was given 4 magnetic cards, for which I paid 80 euros in cash, when I asked if I could return the money, I received an affirmative answer. To my incredible regret, when returning the cards, the hotel manager said that the payment for towels was not displayed in the system and asked me to prove the payment in cash. Then she said that I did not pay for the cards. How did they get into my hands? Answer: I just gave them to you. An unpleasant aftertaste from deceit, petty and unworthy.

A very beautiful and well-kept hotel complex. several pools and restaurants offer variety. One of the pools is very quiet, since children and families are more likely to stay at two other pool areas. The evening buffet has different themes every day. there is direct access to the beach and a beach bar attached to the hotel . No music or animation program during the day, in the evening there was music from time to time. sustainability was also taken into account. On each floor there was drinking water set to refill (free of charge). The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are modern and clean. usual iberostar quality... I would love to come back.

The food generally was of a very good standard. Room was of a good size, beds very comfortable. Very pleased that we had a shower instead of bath. Kids had a brilliant time at the pools which were very entertaining for them. There was another very quiet pool area at another section of the hotel which catered very well for those seeking tranquility. Entertainment was good. Overall very pleased. We appreciated that communal facilities were all on the ground floor.

We had a half board package so therefore we had lunch at the chiringuito on the beach and at the other available one in hotel premises. We found them to be somewhat expensive although very good quality.

I spent four nights at the Iberostar Royal Andalus around New Year's Day. My stay was fantastic. Let's start with the location: a few steps away from one of the most amazing beaches in Europe. So the view from my room was wonderful. Let's continue with the staff: everyone is very friendly, professional, and motivated to provide the customer with the best holiday experience. Another special chapter for the food: delicious and extremely varied, I felt really spoiled for the choice and the quality. My room, although of an average size, had a good storage space and was perfectly clean. I would like to finish my review mentioning the New Year's Eve party, started with a beautiful cocktail party, followed by an extraordinary dinner, to continue with a great party with dj and live music that lasted until 2:00am, all included in the room price!! Thank you for the unforgettable experience: I can't wait to be back at the earliest opportunity!

One night, i couldn't find a parking space in the underground car park, but I got a refund. I could park on the street at a short distance from the hotel anyway, so it was not an issue. Mattresses and pillows are quite comfortable, but from a hotel of this level, I would expect more.

We loved the location with the beautiful beach at the door step. The area is really nice with a small town located only 5 min drive away/ or 40 min walking distance along the beach. The food was also brilliant with incredible choice and options to choose from. Themed days were great as well. My daughter (9) absolutely loved the kids club. The options were varied and the activities were really great. Also the activities for the adults should be mentioned there

I wasn't a great fun of 'no doors' in the family room. It wasn't a major issue for us but the room lacked a bit of privacy. Also don't fully agree with the charges for the indoor pool of €20 per 90 minutes. I thought it was extensive

Very well decorated,clean and comfortable. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Good choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very nice staff.

No English TV , No kettle in the room, No staff in sauna and coffee shop, Expensive to park in the hotel car park

Room location, fantastic views of the pools, we got a surprise upgrade which was amazing. Kids entertainment was a 10/10! I would go again just because my daughter had the most amazing time.

The hotel apparently had restaurants apart from the buffet and snack place which we werent advised of. Buffet food wasnt great, the layout of the food and drinks in the buffet changed every day which made it confusing. You couldnt take snacks outside snack place and it had no air con.

Amazing location, nice facilities, very clean, best bed ever, nice staff. What's not to like? Also water stations were great and a separate toilet in the bathroom great.

Restaurant food was nice but on par with any other buffet. However, the drinks were not so great (other than sangria at the pool bar). Tried 2 wines, both were horrid (in Spain!?!) and only 1 beer available (which was not to my partner's liking). I don't like extra 'hidden' charges so didn't like having to pay for the safe and other facilities. No mini bar.

the facility and the location, especially attractive to family.Ii is near a very beautiful sea. The beach is amazing,too.

Everything is ok but the dinner doesn't include any drinks, this is unacceptable and unreasonable because it makes people feel bad just for a small expenditure.Also, the garage fee is also very expensive. I once experienced this hotel brand in Cuba, that is much more generous in this respect.

Modern and well maintained facilities, specially the kids pools. The buffet was quite good and varied, even with so many guests. And they have a kids club that my kids loved, while giving us some quiet hours.

The midway lunch options were limited, though the large breakfast included kept us through the day. The beach bar wasn't open. There were several extra charges, e.g. 20€ per day for parking, 8 for each beach chair.
