Hotel Las Terrazas

Room was very good nice and airy plenty of space bed was great and shower room was of a good size Bar was very busy had food from bar menu did not use the restaurant Breakfast was ok a little hot food bacon eggs fried and scrambled sad not to see some black pudding for which Burgos is noted for

For the size of the bar area and how busy it was there was only one small toilet and if you needed to go rather than waiting you had to use your room also it would be nice to see tea making facilities in the bed room

Clearly it is a recent build. The hotel is situated in a site that includes a fuel station but that was no problem. There is a busy restaurant, bar etc attached to the hotel which I enjoyed as the staff were most pleasant and it was very popular with non residents. The room I had was on the third so I did not hear noise. It was a basic rather clinical room but a comfortable bed and good shower. The rate was room only but I got a breakfast at the attached restaurant.

No character whatever and I would describe it as basic functionality. The male receptionist was not very polite but it may have been a language problem.

Am disables so requested a double bed for ease of movement and comfort but had to accept room with only single - if hotel had informed me a double bed was not available I could have booked an alternative. Rooms are NOT soundproofed, Spanish tend to be very noisy and are happy to stand in corridor at midnight conversing.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and there was a mini-fridge. The bathroom was very good and with a lot of light. Everything looked very new. The kids play of their associated restaurant is great.

The location was far from the city centre and in an area where you need a car for everything. They have a restaurant /bar downstairs, that is good, but is the only option in the area.

Hotel Las Terrazas is a well kept and modern hotel. The bar and restaurant are delightfully busy with a great choice of food at very reasonable prices. There's plenty of free parking and it's own well priced petrol station. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were leaving early on the Saturday morning to head to Bilbao for our ferry to UK. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed at weekends leaving us with little choice for a breakfast in the morning.

Basically a motel with free parking 5kmn out of townin a n industrial area No character as such. The matresses were just too soft. Husband slept on the floor .

The day we checked in there was this exceptional lady at the reception. She helped us book an appointment for an RTPCR test which was needed for the flight. Would have really strugled to do this on our own without knowing Spanish. She really went out of the way. Wished I had found out her name. Searched for her the next day but she was not there. We checked in on 19th October morning. Made all the difference vto our stay in Burgos. Also the restaurant was nice. Full of workers from the industrial area around.

Modern clean hotel, friendly helpful staff comfortable beds good breakfast . Plenty of free parking.

No hair dryer in bathroom good job I took my own. Noisy road

perfect pit stop for our trip back home clean beds and bathroom, cheap fuel, and car wash available for next stage. a keeper for future trips.

airco only worked with closed windows. a great idea but should be clearly informed, as room was so warm that first action was to open windows.

The hotel is smart, clean, modern and comfortable, Generally most of what you need.

Evening meals have to use the bar which is very noisy and can be very intimidating for women or children. Rooms are not very well soundproofed from corridor, may just be doors but Spanish are traditionally loud, noisy people, even at 2 in the morning.
