The stay was comfortable and cool. The views were nice and it was a quiet stay.

I didn’t find the oversized bed to my liking, but because the double bed was more expensive I chose the twin option. I also didn’t find to my liking the overpricing for the breakfast. I feel that 9€ was to expensive, plus for 2,50€ I was able to get a substantial breakfast in a nearby cafe. Also, most hotels I have frequented have a kettle and tea for when u get up in the morning, this didn’t.

Very spacious room with incredibly comfortable beds. Big and very clean bathroom. The hygiene products were of a very high standard. Friendly and responsive reception staff! Congratulations and if I visit the city again I will stay at this hotel!

I would recommend putting clothes and jacket hangers on the wall in the hall or in the room. It's more convenient instead of putting them in the closet!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions. I was thrilled to find an Indian restaurant nearby, which made my dining experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

They can improve on responding to emails

Comfortable bed and pillows, modern and functional design of the rooms and bathroom. Wifi fast and stable. Location is not in the city centre but close enough, just a 10 minutes walk. Staff nice and helpful. Good value for money.

Air conditioning was impossible to regulate, when on was always too cold in the room, you had to use the blankets. Most of TV channels didn’t work. Breakfast options very limited.

Aura is a value for money if you want to stay in comfy, clear 3star hotel with a friendly staff. They have underground parking for a good price per day. Staff was friendly at the desk and in the restaurant as well. Food is good, nothing fancy, but tasty (dinner and breakfast). We stayed with a toddler (1,5y) and baby bed was perfect, nice linen, lovely blanket, special towel... Cca 10-15 min from the old city

I can´t say we didn´t like something becuse we expected 3star hotel, nothing fancy, nothing new ....

The breakfast was very nice with a nice selection of breads, toppings etc. Staff very friendly and helpful from the first minute we arrived. My wife loved the bed but it was a little bit too hard for my back. The pillows were quite poor and your neck wuld suffer a lot if you were staying longer. We could have asked for more pillows but they were okay for two nights.

Sippery in the shower and the toilet. So you had to be very careful entering and departing the shower.

We just stayed for one night to board the Ferry to Morroco next day. The room was confortable and the Toiletries were very complete. The staff was all very friendly.

The eggs offered in the buffet breakfast are not good at all. The price for the night was a bit high for what the hotel offered.

In a great area of Algeciras, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. We did not have the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning for our ferry to Morocco. The port ferry terminal is 25 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Slight smell of cigarettes in the corridor.

The hotel is very central, and you can park more or less well in its surroundings. The decoration is sober, but it is pleasant and stylish. The room is spacious, and the bathroom too.

There is nothing negative to report about the hotel. Perhaps it should be better advertised on the street to locate it better.

good parking nearby, the staff was super helpful - we arrived before 00.00 so it was reassuring to know that there was someone to check us in. The room was also quite nice, clean bed sheets and towels, good toiletries. A respected three star hotel! we totally recommend!
