The room and facilities are very nice, clean and the room is good for 1-2 people. Affordable price. The hihhlight qas the staff, they are super duper nice, they always help me with a lot kf things even order food on a korean app, a female staff also helps me to get a taxi to the airport and ask ‘may I help you’ when I was struggling with my heavy luggages. Recommend to stay here if you are good with your budget because the location is in the middle of many attractions but still a bit complicated to get there so I use taxi a lot throughout my trip. But the location is quiet and calm.

We loved staying in this hotel during our 5 day trip to Korea. The amenities were amazing, great view from our room, the room rate was affordable, friendly staff and more. Concierge was able to help us call for a taxi whenever we needed it. It was an amazing stay overall.

Their cafe was pricey. The pastries and coffee were good though, so despite the high price, we kept going back. Also their kids’ playroom was closed when we were there. We were excited to bring our baby to crawl around and play.

We loved the hotel truly every aspect of it - price was fairly reasonable, location was pretty much very accessible to nearby well-known places like Han River, Itaewon or Hannam, the hotel was clean and nice, lastly (but no least) the staffs were ALL very kind and helpful. We decided to come visit this hotel for our next trips to Korea.

Grabbing a taxi a bit challenging as the hotel was not on the big street, somewhat manageable.

Such a convenient location and a wonderful hotel overall. I didn't realize how fancy the place was when I booked it because the price was very affordable (I guess it's tourist off-season for now though). Anyhow, very friendly staff, comfortable room and the bed was perfect too. After a 13 hour flight, it was lovely to unwind here!

The view overlooks a massive construction site but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. No construction noise though which was great.

The hotel was really nice! We stayed at a room on the 30th floor and had view to the Han river, which was really beautiful. It is well connected with line 1 and we could easily transfer to airport line and so on. All in all a good experience 😊

The hotel cleaning changed our soap and other toiletries every day even if the things were barely used. For the sake of the environment, we would be ok with less cleaning and change of toiletries.

location location location is the best walking distance to Yongsan and the Sinyongsan station (line 4), so I can go anywhere comfortably. many restaurants around the hotel. I love the CU mini market at 2nd floor. You can find anything. the room is very clean, the amenities are the best. with free sauna. if you wanna try your luck, just go to 7 star casino. in short, it was awesome. if I come back to Seoul, I'll stay here again

The room was spacious and clean and I had a lovely view over Seoul. The location wasnt too bad. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It appeared that during my stay the buffet dinner wasn't operational. I asked where I can eat within the hotel and was advised to go to Mega Bites, but the service was a little slow (I suppose they were busy with room service orders as the seating area seemed quiet), prices quite high (as you'd expect in a hotel). There was some facilities advertised like Spa / Sauna which when I asked about I was told It was only accessible by visitors of one of the other connecting dragon city hotels.

Excellent location to Yongsan train/subway line via enclosed footbridge. Lots of staff on hand in the lobby to assist at any time, extremely polite and helpful. Smooth check-in with easy room change so we could be higher. Restaurant and cafe on site. Kettle and complimentary tea/coffee in the room with a small fridge. Would stay again.

The beds were amazing, incredibly comfortable and the view is incredible to stare at, especially at night when the cityscape is lit up.

The elevators can be difficult to operate, some issues include the elevator not registering the input for the floor selected by other guests and I. We had to leave the elevator and find another, after going up and down when other guests could use it but not us.

The in-room dining service was so great and operated till midnight, saved me from starving, the food and drinks were great

Bathroom and toilet are separated, but the door for toilet is not fully “sealed”, a huge uncovered area above and below the toilet door. The toilet is relatively close to our beds, we can smell and hear of there’s someone using the toilet.
