It’s a really cute hotel and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The heated pool on the evening is absolutely lovely. You should take a walk on the other side of the sea where you’ll find the most beautiful nature. It’s definitely a must up book a seaside room because the railroad side isn’t so good, but if you have things to do in Seoul, it won’t matter. It was worth the money and the Longer I was there, the more I enjoyed it. That’s usually not the case for me Shuttle bus is free and always on time and with the express you only need 30min to seoul station.

The food is crazily overpriced but I have seen this in all 5Star hotels in seoul. 10SKW for a coffee?? I had the spicy noodles one evening and it did taste delicious and the portion was large. It isn’t exactly gourmet food, but it is very good. The carpets in the room are really awful. The hotel would be much more stunning with wooden floors but the price would also increase I guess. The pool changing room is a mess and there is no desk or chair to place your belongings when changing. Better change in your own room and avoid it if you can. Sorry, but if you charge 10SKW for a Cappuccino, at least don’t put it into a small cup, but be more generous with the size.

The room is quite clean in overall. The inifity pool is clean, beautiful and has a great view. The indoor children play room is an ease to most parents with toddler or young kids. The Platz dining area at lobby surrounded by full length windows is quite a view to relax and indulge in.

Although the room and bathroom is quite clean overall, but I wish they could take extra care and scrub the corner of the bathtub. Despite how much is spent on the suite, it doesn't include the pool usage and a separate entrance fee for the infinity pool is imposed for all residence. The outdoor walking path is not so pleasant to experience during hot summer weather, I guess it is better during other cooler seasons. The breakfast and coffee at The Platz lobby is too average, I wish it taste better or serve something slightly different from other hotels.

Location: excellent, near the airport and in a quiet area of Yeong-jeong Island. Concierge service is available for your luggage. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were well done. The room's refrigerator/bar was stocked with snacks, drinks, and other items, but they have printed instructions to allow you to see how much they will charge if you consume any of them. Welcome desk was excellent: the young man manning the desk was bilingual and guided me into check-in with fluent English. The décor functions as a modern hotel with sleek designs, grayish-beige hues, and the installation of large windows so one can look out in all directions of the island. There is a children's playroom available (which our son enjoyed), as well as a convenience store, gym, sauna, and a pool for use. We did not use this, but there is a shuttle service to Incheon International Airport from the hotel.

Due to its unique location on Yeong-jeong Island, we were not able to see too many restaurants to walk to, though there were some seafood restaurants around. The hotel's in-house restaurant is very over-priced, with buffet options, so we did not eat there.

We booked the hotel as it was near the airport with free shuttle service as we had to catch an early flight back home the next day. We reached the hotel late at about 8pm from Myeong-dong. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. We got to our room within 15 minutes of arriving the hotel. Room was spacious enough, with seating areas in front of the tv.

When we arrived, there was no staff or bellboy at the lobby entrance to help with our luggages and bags as there usually would for hotels, we're not sure if it's because there is no available staff at night. Hence we had to lug up everything by ourselves to the room. We also had problem with the air-conditioning, we could not get it to work even after adjusting the temperature so the room felt a bit stuffy and warm. We were too tired to get help from the staff so we opened the balcony door a little to let the cool air in from outside.

Rooms are modern, and the views terrific of bay. Garden and grounds are natural and serene. Good shuttle service from airport to hotel, however it does take 20 minutes. Beautiful outdoor spaces and spa inside for relaxing.

Lack of restaurant choices -- and the hotel is isolated out on the bay, no places nearby to walk to eat. Hotel only have buffet and pub option. They need to add back some additional dining options. The hotel is showing a little wear and tear in the rooms. This is my third time at the hotel, but its been 4 years since my last due to Covid. Its annoying that you have to pay a separate fee to use the outside pool area. Never been to a hotel where you had to pay extra for that amenity

The room itself was stunning, the design and layout was very modern and also very spacious. Everything in the room was practical and aesthetically pleasing. I liked that the single bed was placed in a room separate to the double bed for a sense of 'privacy' and separateness despite it not having a door. The living room area had a kitchenette and study desk attached to it, certainly inspired some good post card writing. I didn't have time to use the gym and sauna facilities, but a sneak peek showed a decent sized gym, larger than the usual hotel gym. The location was convenient to access the Incheon airport. They had a shuttle service every 15-30mins going to either terminal. It would definitely not be ideal to stay here if you were wanting to hang out in the city.

Nothing, I liked everything during this stay.

Staff was helpful and polite. Although it wasn't polished, they could speak English, which is rare in Korea. The room was big and comfortable and it was nice to have access to a sauna. Food was good (dinner buffet)

It's a shame shuttles start around 7 o'clock and we had to leave at 6 for a flight at nine. But in the early morning there isn't much traffic so I would recommend not leaving three hours in advance (it took us 15 minutes to get to the airport by taxi). It's a bit of a shame the pool isn't included in the price, I don't think it makes sense not to for a 5 star hotel, especially as the pool isn't that big and you pay the same price for one hour and one day (20 euros per person). I understand quite a few locals go there just to relax but for travellers it would be nice to have a one or two hour access to the pool included in the stay. Lastly, it would be nice in the sauna to have a pool with a medium temperature (pools were either 40 degrees or 18 degrees Celsius).

It is self contained resort like hotel with a nice nature area surrounding for walk’s and the like. Heated pool but you will need to buy tickets for that

There is absolutely nothing surrounding this hotel except for the airport. Cafes and food service on the expensive side. Like lots of Korean hotels room temperature is set and cannot be charged. In summer you get 18C in winter 26C. If your going through menopause winter is your worst nightmare. You can open the window but the traffic and plane sounds carry.
