GL City Hotel Incheon Airport

We stayed here due to early flight next day morning. It was a good price for a stay. I feel it was a bit far from airport express station. It was a bit long walk with luggages. If you don’t have those like us, it could be good.

Bedding clothes are clean, but the room wasn’t super clean as I could see dust on the surface. Rest of them was bearable.

It was clean and cozy. The staff member in the counter was kind.

There is no particular that I didnt like there but I wished they had a charger for people who come from Japan. Since the plug is different in korea, I didnt knew that. I hope there are lots of Japanese customers so if they add some charger that would be great. Here in Japan, every hotels have that facility.

It was very spacious and had everything you needed in that one room, big TV, nice long desk, washing machine, kitchen. The shower had doors so you dont get your entire bathroom wet. Location was pretty okay for a very quiet city, 10 minute walk to the train, 15 minute taxi ride to the airport, 7 minute walk to bus that can take you to airport T2. Lots of food nearby, ground floor had a conveinence store, cafe, and doughnut/hot dog place. Seems to be the most popular street in the area since delivery drivers come and go and kakao taxis are waiting there even at 4am so you don't have to wait long. Overall, very nice stay away from the city to relax before (or right after) your flight.

I did not know you had to turn on the boiler just to get warm water so I stood there for 5 minutes trying to figure out why my shower was cold (normal for them, but foreign visitors might appreciate that knowledge). When I got hot water, the knob was so sensitive, one second I was freezing, the next second I was getting burned. Staff speaks simple english, it was a bit difficult explaining certain things and asking if they have a luggage scale (which they do not have).

It’s close to the airport so I didn’t need to worry about being late for my flight. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, but bus, train and taxi are also accessible if you have a different schedule. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. The room itself was comfortable and had the amenities I needed.

The location is very handy for the airport line (about a 5 minute walk). The distance by taxi from the airport is about 12 minutes. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It seems that it is quite newly renovated. Staff was friendly and check in efficient. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

- the room has a rack for drying your clothes if you prefer not to use the dryer next door - the bed was nice, not too hard, not too soft - very spacious - clean - not a big area, but there are convenient stores, laundromat, and restaurants nearby. - it's basically an apartment that's being used as a hotel room

- having the washer in the room is really nice...but there was no detergent so I couldn't use it. It was cheaper just use the laudromat(빨래방) next door, than to go to the convenience store (편의점) to buy detergent.

Super close to transport which made it easy to get to the airport early in the morning. The room was very spacious and comfortable, wish i had booked to stay there for longer. The staff were fantastic and allowed me to leavey luggage there all day before i checked in.

Good location stay either arriving from the airport in Incheon or departing Incheon the next day because you don’t have to haul your baggage very far to and from the airport. Many places to eat in the neighborhood.

Hotel shuttle to and from the airport is very limited as far as passengers go and I was unable to take it because there were no seats left. But the all stop train is fine it’s just a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel.

I like that the hotel is close to Incheon Airport. It also has cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

It was a little confusing to find at night and correspondence with the hotel was too slow using the app, but I managed. I tried calling, but the number on booking.com did not work for some reason.

I stayed in this hotel while waiting for a flight to China last month. The staff was friendly and the room clean and well furnished. Price was good too. There is a mountain nearby where one can take a walk, as well as plenty of restaurants and small shops in the surrounding areas. It’s a perfect hotel/ location for those using Incheon Airport while on transiting to somewhere else.
