Mercure Johannesburg Randburg

The room was very cozy, I loved the security feature of the safe. The food was amazing, the chef is sent from heaven and the staff are so friendly and accommodation. Special mention of Lesedi, Lasego, and Naledi for being so friendly.

Some of the lights around the bedroom weren't working and no markings on the tap fixtures to show which were hot or cold

THE STAFF SUPPORT WAS EXCEPTIONAL I HAD A CHALLENGE WITH THE TV SET NOT SWITCHING ON AND REPORTED IT AT THE RECEPTION AND THEY QUICKLY SHOWED UP TO THE ROOM TO SORT IT OUT WHICH WAS SO AMAZING TO ME

I THINK IT WAS A SOCCER TEAM OR RUGBY TEAM OF KIDS ALSO BOOKED AT THE SAME HOTEL, THEY KEPT MOVING UP AND DOWN THE PASSAGE MAKING A LOT OF NOISE DURING THE EVENT, THEY WERE SOO ANNOYING

The comfortable facilities and Dinner was exceptional

Breakfast - there was no beacon when we got to breakfast and it was mentioned that it got finished in the morning. There was also no filter coffee and nothing in the coffee machine, only hot water, we had to have the bad coffee that's in sachets. I was not happy about that, breakfast is not complete without beacon and good coffee.

The way they treat people I like it

Their foods are so fresh, and they make shore you eat enough. The room service is perfect every day and clean. Next time when I need place to rest I will think first Mercure hotel.

Convenient centrally located to my movements . Situated in shopping complex was versatile with vast array of shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Old air conditioning units that are manually operated and noisy .

Amazing staff and amazing services, the location was soo great I loved everything about it and I definitely would recommend it and go for it again. Staff were really nice and whenever i asked for something they attend within mins. Really good job guys

nothing awesome place

The place was Absolutely beautiful,the pictures don't do justice and very clean. the staff was very helpful and Nadia was an sms away,very prompt responses.

It was a pitty the pool and pool area were offlimits to guests and it was the main reason I booked the place in the first place.

Inside lock stopper is loose, need to be tightened. and the safe was closed, i couldn't use it since i was focusing on some other things.

In general i don't have complains, i enjoyed my short stay at the hotel.

The room setting is nice , clean and cozy. I like that the carpet doesn't have any smell and the floor temperature remains neutral

The fridge is too small and the television doesn't have a lot of channels to indulge
